Mumbai based website Chocolatebazaar.co.in on face value looks a proper website to buy imported chocolates for yourself or send to friends. The payment goes through smoothly and you get a confirmation email. The process stops there. No one delivers. No delivery details come to you. No one picks the helpline number. No one responds on your emails. They are doing this for every customer. That website needs to be blocked and the owners charged. Since customer first purchase will be around Rs 700 - Rs1500 range, customer doesnt bother filing complaints or going into any legal hassle. That then helps the fraudsters stay alive. I have reported this to Cyber Crime Cell via email multiple times but the company website still exists and frauding people. You will find many fraud grievances about this company online.
