[Resolved]  Chocolatebazaar.co.in — FRAUD Website - beware

Website: WWW.CHOCOLATEBAZAAR.CO.IN

I had placed an online order number 3205 on
www.chocolatebazaar.co.in and made the online payment of INR 3090 for
goods and shipping via merchant payment gateway PayuMoney. Subsequently the merchant confirmed the order on email but has since then been un-contactable via email or phone. The phone number listed on the Merchant Website is [protected], which is constantly switched off and there is noresponse to email messages.

Managed to get a refund after trying to approach through numerous methods. What apparently worked was reaching out to PayU payment gateway. Now the portal is requesting me to take down the online reviews - which I am not sure is doable. However, I am marking the issue as resolved.

Ordered Toblerone worth 1320 on 24th Sep 2021. No confirmation or response to emails sent till date. This is a fraud company and I have lost my money.

Anyone has a number to call these thieves.
