I had ordered chocolates from this site last year but it has not been delivered. I tried reaching them but I did not recieve any reply....

I bought chocolates from this website of 1575rs but didnt received and not even they dispatch my products. i call them but their mobile is switched off.
its been 16 days to order chocolates . Please do something.

I have ordered Lindt Chocolate for Rs 1450 and it's not been delivered yet. I ordered on 20-Nov-2021. Kindly check on this issue. I will be really helpful for others as well. They are cheating people thru online payment. With complaint, I read lot of cyber crime posts. Please help innocent people's money. It's my humble request......

It’s been more than a week since I ordered chocolates for around Rs 9, 500/-.
Now when I try to call them on their mobile number, it’s switched off and no reply via email as well.
I would like to take this complaint and request cyber crime to take action immediately and help me get my refund.

I also insist that such websites should be banned immediately.

I had ordered imported chocolate Lindt Lindor for rs 948 and received 2 cans of Fanta. Retur back my money and take your Fanta back...

I had placed an order for 2 Flaming Hot Cheetos. I have received one packet of Nachos instead.
It was COD and the person has collected the money and left.
Very disappointed and request you to take action immediately....

I have ordered for Cheetos for ₹550 and a received a lays for ₹20 . I need a refund or exchange...

Mumbai based website Chocolatebazaar.co.in on face value looks a proper website to buy imported chocolates for yourself or send to friends. The payment goes through smoothly and you get a confirmation email. The process stops there. No one delivers. No delivery details come to you. No one picks the helpline number. No one responds on your emails. They are doing this for every customer. That website needs to be blocked and the owners charged....

It looks like a legitimate site but it is not. The phone and email do not work. Even if you pay COD they pack fake items in the box...not the ones you have ordered. Do not order from this site!!! The police needs to be alerted before they scam any more people...

I had ordered two bottle of david off coffee on 10th October, 2021.

I received Heinz baked beanz instead of that.

Phone number is not reachable. Product worth few hundred sent instead of 1000rs product and they charge 150rs shipping for mumbai even when they are based in mumbai...

On the 27th of September, I ordered ferrero Duplo Crisp sticks from chocolatebaazar.co.in, instead what i got was a noodle packet. I called the helpline number, it was switched off, I mailed them, apparently the email id dos not exist. I feel very betrayed. I demand a proper explanation and a refund or I plan to file a police complaint....

I order amounting Rs 2548 on 18/9/2021 and got confirmation on my mail with order no 4305 but after continuously calling or mailing them I have got no response by them. I paid online payment by payU...

I had ordered for ice breakers mint spearmint - 4 Nos. quantity and made cash on delivery. But he delivered and if I see, the shipment is wrong. They have put some local mint 3nos. packets and given. Now when I can this number, some amar singh is saying we'll pay by google pay or phone pay and asking me fir some OTP. I asked him why OTP. He says that's the procedure. They gave collected 670/- and vanished....

My wife ordered Kellogs Pop Tarts 2 quantities and they charged me Rs.910. Shockingly what is sent today by them is cheap Beanz and not Pop tartz. The contact number is switched off. Have written emails. But no response.

I had placed two orders on this site for chocolates worth 5k … but haven’t received any update on my order and the number on their site is switched off .....

I have received a wrong product and from last five days i am trying to contact the company and not getting proper response. I had placed an online order number 3205 on
www.chocolatebazaar.co.in and made the online payment of INR 3090 for
goods and shipping via merchant payment gateway PayuMoney. Subsequently the merchant confirmed the order on email but has since then been un-contactable via email or phone. The phone number listed on the Merchant Website is [protected], which is constantly switched off and there is noresponse to email messages....

I had placed an order for Rs.2488 paid via PAYU and they have not sent my order. The number +91 [protected] mentioned in their site kept rejecting our calls at first and now its switched off .

There is no reply to the mails i have sent to them at [protected]@chocolatebazaar.co.in and [protected]@gmail.com

looks like a fake site trying to swindle money by giving attractive prices and not supplying the materials...

I have ordered Ferrero Rochers for my friend. She received 2 packets of Skittles in return and since then I have been trying to contact them but no one is responding. I tried calling on the number mentioned on the website and they are not picking up the call. The phone number is : +91 [protected].
I have mailed them multiple times on the email: [protected]@chocolatebazaar.co.in and still got no response. This is not at all professional....
