I am pilla hema suresh kumar. My provident fund (Pf) settlement is pending, where i have completed all the formalities as well as submitted all the documents (Like - form 15g, employees’ pension scheme, 1995 form, advance stamp receipt, employees’ provident fund form, with id proof, cancel cheque, bank statement, id card etc.) duly sign to our company. It has been complete over 3.5 months. Our company's concerned person submitted the pf withdrawal forms to epfo, chennai office on[protected]. It has also completed approx 1 month.
