Cholamandalam — Regarding car registration pending (Worst experience and worst decision buying vehicle from Cholamandalam)

2 years back, I bought the car (MPV) through bidding system, which was under Cholamandalam finance. I paind whole amount and got clearance certificate.

Cholamandalam company didn't help us to tried the change ownership of the car, we struggled alot and with additional charges in RTO we changed the ownership from old owner and now it maps to Cholamandalam finance company employee (Branch head).
Last 6 months we are requesting them to change the ownership which was under their control, such an irresponsible team everyday they are telling us within 30mins will complete it, today sure will do it and all.

We paid additional personal amount too still its been 2 years yet vehicle not registered on our name.

One of the worst experience and I am planning to take my vehicle dump it on their yard and want my money back.
