I am writing to formally complain about the repeated and unwarranted visits by your recovery/collection agent to my office in connection with my loan account.
Despite informing the agent that such visits to my workplace are inappropriate, I continue to face harassment, which is causing mental stress and affecting my professional reputation. The agent’s behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.
I wish to bring to your attention that such actions are against fair recovery practices and are not permitted. Any communication regarding the loan should be made through proper and lawful channels only, such as written communication or phone calls at appropriate times.
I request you to kindly instruct your agent to immediately stop visiting my office and to ensure that no further harassment takes place. Failing this, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities and take appropriate legal action, entirely at your risk and responsibility.
I expect your prompt response and confirmation that this issue has been resolved.
I have informed about financial situation I am going through Where I m not able to pay . Whihc i have infomred personaly at your office at borivali .
Also the agent sent messages like .. When you will pay the EMI OR Can I CALL THE Reference. Right now I could nt pay . The last time when i was called for the EMI payment it was delayed the person said you manage & pay,
