On 30th july 2018 due to accident we are submitted alto 800 car mh12 np5622 to wadaki showroom for repairing but till date we are not received our car. We are visited 5-6 times to the wadaki showroom but they are not responding us. So please we are requested to give our car as early as possible.in the showroom they are not answer very well.
Whenever we are visited to the showroom the workers doing job for only for who gives them cash money in hand i. E. Rich person. My car is repaired on the insurance basis so they are not paid attention to our car seriously.
In this accident car owner was injured at spine fracture so he need to 4 wheeler vehicle for going ti office approximately 150 km per day. Owner cant travelling 150 km by 2 wheeler so i requested to your workshop wadaki nala tal haveli dist pune. Kindly do needfl as early as possible

    More than 30 times i have given my maruti breeza vehicle at chowgule industries for repair within a year of purchase. Of lately they have damaged auto censor wiper of my vehicle which they cannot repair and the vehicle is laying in their service centre for last 30days. I think chowgule industries has cheated by delivering my a faulty car. And now they can't repair it

      Sub: Regarding non redressal of the grievance in respect of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Breeza

      Respected Sir,

      The undersigned would like to put forth the grievance after the purchase of new Vitara Breeza as under:-

      The undersigned had purchased new Vitara Breeza bearing Registration No. GA-08-M-9896 on 02/12/2016 from Chowgule Industries Pvt. Limited at Fatorda, Margao-Goa.

      Immediately after the purchase of the car within a short span time period of five days, the undersigned had to face numerous problems in the car. It is very much expected that an Automobile Company of such a high status will provide a good products and service to the customers without leaving any scope for grievance. However, in the instant case, the undersigned within five days of the purchase of new car had to undergo tremendous mental agony due to various defects in the car.

      The following are the defects noticed at the initial stage:-

      Ratting sound from Parcel Tray.
      White patches noticed during accumulation of fog on the Windshield.
      Vibration on the dashboard.
      Delay in reverse camera grid (09 seconds).
      Grid to be seen on home screen (alternately)
      Recently twice the media system shut down.
      Sizzling sound while turning the steering.
      Alternate knocking to be heard from the engine.
      Voice recognition error.
      Alternate eco sound of seat belt.
      Problem with push start button.

      The above problems were brought to the notice of the Chowgule Industries Pvt. Limited, Fatorda, Margao-Goa, on many occasions. Some of the defects were rectified after several visits and some of the defects are still existing inspite of the company putting all efforts to reconcile the same.

      It is very unfortunate to bring to your kind notice that the Chowgule Industries Pvt. Limited, Fatorda, Margao-Goa, has shown incompetence in rectifying the grievance of the undersigned. The undersigned was made to visit the service centre of the Maruti at Fatorda, Margao on many occasions and inspite of making several visits, the grievance remained unaddressed.

      It is against the Principal of the Policy formulated by the Automobile Industry and Government of India that defective products are being sold to the customers at very high cost. The undersigned has made the full payment of the cost of the car. However, the defective car was supplied to the undersigned by the Company.

      It is high time, the Appellate Authority take cognizance of the grievance put forth by the undersigned or otherwise, the undersigned will be left with no option than to approach Consumer Forum Court or Competent Court of Law for redressing the grievance.

      Almost eight months have been passed from the purchase of the new car and some of the defects are still existing and therefore, the undersigned is of the considered opinion that the Company shall replace the defective car with new car without any defect or the entire cost amount of the car to be refunded to the undersigned so that another Automobile Company can be approached for purchasing better defect less car.

      The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India at New Delhi and various High Courts of State and Union Territories at many occasions has held that “the Automobile Companies shall make every endeavour to reconcile the defects existing in the car within the stipulated time period or else the defective car to be replaced with the new car or the customer to be refunded alongwith the compensation and damages”.

      From the plain reading of the Court ruling, it is clear apparent that the customers are equipped with the alternative options as provided by the Judicial Courts.

      The Inordinate delay in providing good service to the customers will make liable an Automobile Company to pay heavy damages as compensation to the customers.

      The present representation is the last attempt to approach higher authorities for redressing the grievance or else the undersigned will be forced to exercise the options as referred above.

      Now I have received vehicle after 3 week from the above date after carrying out problems and for servicing of vehicle for 20, 000 km .but It is very unfortunate to bring to your kind notice that the Chowgule Industries Pvt. Limited, Fatorda, Margao-Goa has handed my vehicle after servicing without any bill which clearly shows totally negligence of the Dealer.
      Now again after receiving the vehicle I have noticed sudden blank out of screen while the vehicle in the reverse gear.
      Now on 07/10/ 2017 it was noticed that the media player was not working while taking the reverse nor when vehicle was moving foward.
      Again on 13/07/2017 the vehicle was moving backward when it was in neutral. I have all the photos and video taken

        I renewed my policy with your office on 18th august 2017. I have been promised by ms madhuri that policy will be delivered to my address within a week but not yet received policy.
        I have made follow up with ms. Madhuri and aakash but not received satisfactory reply or response. Giving false commitment.

        I got call from sangli show room saying there is 15% concession on total bill servicing up.to this month end but after servicing no such concession so plz dont play with customer and now onwards i never go that centre other wise solve my issue

          I have submiteed my car on sunday 30/07/2017 for inshurance claim and servicing.
          Executive mr rajendra attaind us but not as per satisfaction as while showing all inventory of our car they talk on phone for other car might be his known person of model alto which is also cane sameday for some work.
          After all checklist we submit the car and out executive give us 5-6 days of time.
          After 5 days on 4 we call executive for status but he is on leave. So again we call next day morning on landline numbe mr navle attain call told will let u know status in 15 min.
          After 15 min when i call tgey told yesterday all body work done today vehical servicing done and u get deliver till 5.30 pm and while we go at 6 pm they told no vehila servicing still pending.
          We talk with manager they provide us loner car but while we saw our car its not even start servicing. And antena button was crack.
          Manager told toomorow u get home deliver
          But we are not geting deleievry till 8pm
          Also last day almost after 7 days executive told ur one sight fog light not work. And all our swap machine not available. Again call to manager he told will avail and do delievery till night... Sale followup is good at chqughule but service is not good... Very much dissatisfied

            We booked a car at chowgule and whilst taking the test drive, they said the delivery will take a week. We agreed on a certain price and were informed that the delivery will take 30-45 days. We made the booking and didn't hear from anyone for a long time. 1.5 months later, they called saying the price of the car is expected to change owing to gst. Its been 2 weeks since gst is out and over 2 months since we made the booking. The car is still not here.
            We have to constantly call their executives to ask when it is coming and no one gives a definite answer.

            The degree o[censored]nprofessional behavior is unbelievable.

            Repair not yet done of my car GA03 C 9540, it's now 18 days since I gave my car for repair on 16th May 2018.They said it will be done by 10 days. But, repair not yet done. they say there is manpower shortage.
            Very bad services and not bothered about customer satisfaction.

              My vehicle number ga-07-c-2133, was sent for servicing a week ago as it was indicating the maintenance light. I was informed that all i need to do is servicing and because of exhaust car is indicating maintenance light. Total estimate given 15000 rs. After keeping my vehicle for one week i m told that my engine piston is burnt and one cylinder is cracked, and total estimate given is 35000 approx. I m very disappointed.

                Not attention by service engineer Mr.Suraj Desai in CIL Katraj Workshop, Pune inspite of Car is ready for delivery.I was sitting for one hour.Also after that I am treated not good.Totaly disappointed.

                  Had renewed my car insurance policy 2 weeks before expiry as Chowgule insurance kept on calling to inquire about my renewal. The policy was renewed in December and now it's January almost mid and till date I didn't receive a copy nor a cover letter for my car insurance which I had renewed with Chowgule insurance Fatorda Goa. Upon checking with them on phone I was told that the policy has already been sent by post but until now I didn't receive any. Surprising that postal services in India take months to deliver letters. Kindly requesting to look in this matter ASAP.

                    I had given my WagonR car no. GA 04 C 0899 for the serving as I regularly give it to Chowgules for servicing on 16/05/2016 .

                    The servicing was done but I saw the jockey on my Music player face plate had broken and come out . So I immedietly complained to the service manager regarding the same .
                    So they repaired it and gave me the car back. But then I noticed that the jockey has jammed. I couldnot move the jockey to change the songs nor even it was operating with the remote.
                    I again compained the service manager regarding this. He took the faceplate in the service centre and came back saying me that the button is jammed by the feviquick and also refused taking the responsibilty saying that the feviquick was not put by them.
                    I fought with the service centre people for the lies they were speaking and trying to make me fool.
                    Finally the Service Manager agreed and told me give it to the RK Point in Sankhalim to repair it and the repair cost will be paid by them. But till date the faceplate is not repaired and the shop person told me that it is not possible to repair it as feviquick has entered deep in the faceplate.
                    I am really frustated by this play created by the Chowgule Industries servicing centre at Sankhalim.
                    I want the faceplate to be replaced to me free of cost.

                      I have given my vehicle for the accident repairs. I was assured that the vehicle will be repaired to it's original state. First time the delivery was in 5 days instead of committed 2 days. The repair was not at all satisfactory and the paint was having white dots. Also the door alignment was completely screwed up and color was not matching. I was told that the vehicle is quality inspected. After reporting this, i was requested to leave the vehicle to correct the issues, but even after second time and quality check, the issue remains. This is a pathetic experience from so called and self claimed skilled service center.

                          Good Day,

                          This is in reference to the sale of a car reg MH-12-KE-4405 to me on Sunday the 27th March 2016.

                          Its been a month from the sale and I haven't heard from your team on the xfer of the car, the run of giving various documents has been a regular affair for me, only to hear from your team for more documents.

                          At the time of sale it was agreed that with the list of document that I have and can be furnished will suffice for the xfer of the car to the Pune care off address and not my Mumbai permanent address. This is one of the terms on which the sales was to proceed.

                          Unfortunately this promises has not been kept / honored, and the delinquency still continues from your team.

                          Please conclude sale as per agreed terms as registration of this vehicle to my Mumbai home address beats my purpose, else let me know when i could drop in with the vehicle to cancel this sale and take my money paid.

                            I purchased a Wagon R Lxi on the exchange offer and took possession of my car in November 2015. The previous car was also a Wagon R from CIPL.

                            On 10/01/2016, I was supposed to be taking my nephew & niece to the airport when my brother-in-law noticed that the car radiator was at an angle. Because of this tilting of the radiator, it may have caused a crack in the grill. We realised that the radiator was just hanging by the pipe. So I called CIPL and asked them to come and check the car and toe it tow it to their workshop.

                            The CIPL service centre Manager has said that there must have been a heavy impact which has cracked the grill and pushed the radiator out of its place. He said that there was no external damage caused by the impact because it must be a dog hitting the grill. (There is no damage to the fender which is immediately below the level of the grill) I am unaware of hitting any dog or any animal/person for that matter.

                            The CIPL manager has asked me to pay for the repairs. However, I feel that I should not pay a penny for the following reasons:

                            1. The car bonnet locking mechanism is shifted. Hence it is not closing.
                            2. Only the radiator has come out of its mounting and hanging by a pipe.
                            3. This has caused the crack in the car grill.
                            4. There is absolutely no other damage to the car to indicate any impact from outside.
                            5. There is not a single scratch in the paint work of the car.

                            Considering all these facts, I feel that CIPL is trying to extract money from me or trying to force me to use the car insurance.

                            ONE DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER MAY NOT MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE TO YOUR ESTEEMED ESTABLISHMENT. I, HOWEVER, WILL CAUTION ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIONS WHO MAY BE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS ABOUT MARUTI SUZUKI DEALERS.

                              Dear Sirs,

                              I am your customer by virtue of SX4 bearing registration number GA-04-C-5715 and ALTO bearing registration number GA-04-C-0645

                              That my vehicle name SX4 bearing registration number GA-04-C-5715 is having a major problem of gear shifting since 30, 000 km for which your dealer SAI Service replaced the clutch plates and pressure plates as vehicle broken down half the way my journey on road. Data can be obtained from service history of the vehicle.

                              That on 62, 000 - 65, 000 km same problem was repeated and Chowgule Company replaced 1. Sanchromiser ring; 2. Disc; 3. Clutch; 4. Ring Assy and Low gear Sanchromiser and informed me that its clutch plates and pressure plates problem. After that same problem reoccurred on 07.10.2015. Chowgule Company at Mapusa Branch has replaced same parts again at 70, 000 to 80, 000 km and informed me that its the problem of clutch and pressure plates and immediately after 15 days same problem was noted in the vehicle and immediately informed the Chowgule Industries and requested to repair the same. The Manager of Chowgule Mr. Pranav has informed me that they don't have Loner Car and hence are not in a position to repair my car. After 4 days from informing the same vehicle gear transmission box has taken measure problem while driving the vehicle from Bombay to Goa on Pune Express Way and automatically vehicle turned to neutral during the course of driving top 5th gear thereby endangering me and my family members life. And I has to drive the vehicle very slowly with due care and precaution to reach my house at Goa.

                              On reaching back to home on Sunday afternoon on 09.11.2015 I informed the said problem to Chowgule to carry out necessary repairs. As responsible person I have never expected Mr. Pranav - Manager of Chowgule Mapusa Branch to act negligently by not informing the risk of driving vehicle further in such a condition (unworthy) and hence played with my family life.

                              Being I am having good faith in your Company the unsatisfactory response from Chowgule I am totally discourage from purchasing Maruti Suzuki Vehicles.

                              I decide to inform you the same so that I can ensure myself in safe and trusty hands and expect you to initiate necessary step to sort out my problem at the earliest.

                              I further request you to kindly replace the entire transmission box for further risk and my safety.

                              Kindly arrange the substitute transport facility from your end till my vehicle gets repaired.

                              Any risk to the life and my safety will be fully attributed to your acts if I am forced to drive the said unrepaired car by your assigned persons.

                              Such a ignorant and negligent behavior of Chowgule personnel will lead to loosing your valuable customers in future.

PUNE-SATARA ROAD, Pune Maharastra. on 08/08/2015. I have done 1st servicing at CHOWGULE work shop on 25/08/2015.Then I went to my native place at TALWAD M tal Bhalki Dist. Bidar.The car was not getting started so I informed the nearest Maruti Suzuki workshop named LAHOTI MOTORS PVT LTD, BIDAR KARNATAKA.Car was towed from my native place to the workshop by own expenses of Rs.1500/-Later I met the workshop manager Mr. Lingraj Reddy on 27/08/2015 and discussed about the problem.But Mr. Lingraj Reddy was unable to find the problem and gave me unsatisfied answers.He suggested me to travel back to Pune and assured me to deliver my car after solving the problems within warranty.Later I was in daily contact with with Mr.Amar Chille and Mr.Lingraj Reddy .But these two managers threw ball in each others and court and harassed me.Later on 08/09/2015 I received sms from Lahoti Motors stating that repairs on my car are almost done and will be ready in 45 minutes and told to contact Mr. Lingraj on [protected].When I called him He was asking for money .Mr.Lingarj and Mr.Amar has assured and commited me that whatever repairs needed will be done in warranty but now these guys are black mailing me that they wont deliver my car unless I pay the charges.I think these two guys are having monopoly and harassing the clients.I am old customer of yours.I owned a Wagonr from 2012.I hereby request to help me out and take appropriate action against these respective managers.I am totally broke down by the behaviour of these guys.Please reply me as soon as possible so that I can decide to take legal action against these guys..Feel free to call me on [protected] or mail me on [protected]@gmail.com
