I want to register Complaint regarding TECHNICAL GLITCHES occurring from your side as I couldn't take the scheduled exam on 14th May 6:00 PM ( IST ) for CHRIST UNIVERSITY and this is the second time the same issue occurred on 8th May.
I was able to complete the System Test just prior to the exam and I have been waiting for the exam from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The application (METTL ) has always been showing “WEBCAM NOT FOUND” for over 30 minutes. I tried on my secondary laptop but the same issue was there WEBCAM LIGHT AND MICROPHONE WAS ENABLE AND SHOWING LIGHT. I am attaching a picture for your kind consideration. I tried all possible ways to contact the support team but no satisfactory response from the support team.
Hoping for a considerable response. A reschedule is expected. Hope you do me this favor.
