Christ University — Refund towards cancellation of admission for BBA (Finance and International business)

I cancelled my daughter's admission for the BBA (Finance and International business) at Christ Yeshwanthpur campus online on the 30th July 2022. Also sent the signed copy of the cancellation note on mail to : admissions.[protected]@christ.com on the 8th Aug 2022.
However till date have not received any refund or even a confirmation mail
would request the authorities for a speedy resolution of the refund.
