I had checked in cmc eye hospital and i want the test report because i am a company patient i have to submit in medical board of report copy and i have already paid the amount for report till now i did not get and today is medical board. I was having the appointment letter at that time but the security guard of opd b.30 stopped me at the gate and told me to call one of my family member who is already inside, when i called my father the security gard talk to me in a very rude way and said when already your father is inside then why you want to go inside, i mean really?
What's wrong with that security gurd? People are coming very from their home town for treatment, please tell that insane security gurd not to behave like that... It affects the impression of the hospital, thanks... (Timing 12:00 pm)

I have booked an online appointment for entdoctor. But unfortunately i have entered wrong patient id. It has been goes to another patient.
I have been paid rs.600/- in favour of the above wrong appointment.

Worst unprofessional way of behaviour, without knowing patient history. Mro counter lady and the doctor under ortho (Date : 13th feb 2019, 13th room number) reacted very badly. Not even giving respect to patient age. Doctor being lethargic with her work, and every patient become impatience started shouting about her. But the time she came to the seater row, she could notice one patient who was pin pointing her behaviour. She reacted in rude manner to that patient on throwing the chart out and stated that she wont check that patient. Is this the education she (Being a doctor) undone for past five year?

We need to wait for the doctor to call out our names, this the scenario in everywhere in all hospitals. But it was riticulos on B20 orthopaedic, in 13th room number on 13th February 2019. Where the doctor is very much comfort on doing her job. Till the time 4 PM, she has covered only 20 patients. Still more waiting without even having morning breakfast and lunch, where she is not even bothered about it. Every other patients lost their temper and started shouting. At the time she came to seating area, she noticed one patient who was shouting. She throwed out the chart infront of his face stating that she will not check on that particular patient. Which was even more annoying. They will charge money from us, and acting like doing service at free of cost. Within few minutes two other gent doctor came supporting that lady doctor. The way of supporting "who was that ### who shouted at you". Being doctors they doesn't know to react, but they are testing our patience. ### way too.

My hospital number is 325341h. I submitted rs.120/- for medical report of ent - iii, my date of appointment was 31/10/2018 at ent 3. To get medical report i went to ent - iii office told me that she will sent my report by post within 15 days but i didn't get any reports till now. I didn't expect this kind of carelessness from cmc vellore. Hence my report please be sent as soon as possible. [protected]@gmail.com

We completely lost our happy life because of the treatment held in cmc during my pregnancy. The doctors are very unprofessional, not even knew that taking scan is very important in pregnancy. Because of their mistakes we are suffering, our baby's a microcephalic child. I would have known for sure in scan during pregnancy but they just avoided to take scan, even i have asked them for so many times to prefer me to take scan. They didn't find out even by already taken scans that my was having very small head. And forced me to go for c-section on the starting of the 9th month, they took scan only on 9th month.

I want to know that can i be able to get my test report card online means can i be able to see my check up report card online if i m not in touch with cmc hospital and i want to see on site of cmc and in which site i am able to see pls reply i will be thank full to u and no any complain i only want to know this for my knowledge if i can see or not my reports online

I submitted rs 100 (For medical reports of gyno department) and then i went to 7th floor iscc building.. Dr dibu sam told me that she will send my reports through mail [protected]@gmail.com.. But i didn't get any reports till now.. I have called so many times to og1 to send my reports but she told me that dr. Dibu sam did not send the report to them. I didn't expect this kind of carelessness from such higher specialist doctor. It will not only malign the image of doctor as well as of cmc. Ent private department doctors worst doctors, not response and no correct answer told, not receiving respect, i am asked question but doctor no answer, why?, rs.600/- not worth in cmc, out side hospital in rs.150/- super responsible, i am in came last for 10 to 15 years cmc but doctors worst doctors, no answering not correct result, and main"first off all radiology department is wrong report given me son 2 times"

I have called and also sent medical to get the medical reports but not get the satisfactory resolution from the hospital authorities.
When i called the direct no. The operator transferred the call to uro department and then to other department.
I was on hold in each and every time but finally not received proper response.

We have come from jharkhand and entered the alpha clinic at 11.30 am to see the doc. A guard named j. B. Venkatesh misbehaved and rudly talk to patient smt. Nirmala devi hospital no. 347900h as if we are getting treatment free of cost or on his salary. He said your time is at 1.30 pm you can't entered. We never expected such a misbehave at world famous hospital.

Sis guard is not telling his name 540 child health mro is miss behave with patient guardian he is use rough language we are paying you money for treatment not free then y this type of language use with us here no place for sitting how much time we stand on feet guard tell us to stand on feet pl take strict angainst him other wise i will record every thing and tell to media we come here for better treatment and fascility not for harrasment

My name is pushpalatha. My daughter p. Subhashree blood testing taken in haematelogy problem her id no. 326255h. On 6.8.2018 city union bank ac. No.[protected] i paid to cmc hospital amount of rs.13245.00. It is not cleared immediately. So i paid by the way of cash rs. 13245. And i finished my daughter all blood testings. Again the amount not credited in my account. So i send a letter to city union bank, they said its cleared to merchant so you collect payment from cmc hospital. Bankers send a mail to me. That payment cleared bank ref no[protected] biller ref no [protected] registered date 08-aug-2018. So kindly verify and send the payment of rs. 13245 to my sb.ac. No.[protected]. Ifsc code no. I have visited today for endoscopy in ot block 2nd floor and the patients was my mother, she was getting scared so we come till the gate and out of reception but the sis security how is behave which i didn't like at all of a sudden he said from where you came bangladesh i will call from here on 900 and all of you passport will be creased like that now please decide is it fair and take a proper action so such incidents.

And by the way i am an indian.

I am 75 year old, due to huge crowd in payment counter - i cant able to come hospital for booking appointment, and also for paying various lab testing payment. After modification of cmc website, i cant able to pay my lab testing payment through online. If i try also i am getting website under construction page only. So i request to take necessary action on this.

I am valsamma ck, hospital no:212992h. I was bieng under cancer treatment at cmc vellore and my treatment was over on 10/10/18. But i have not got my discharge medical report on the same day.
I have paid rs 120 on 10/10/18 to get report by post and produced a postal cover with my address at the oncology department office.

But i have not got my report yet so i cannot continue my treatment in kerala.
My next infusion date is on 30/10/18. Hence my report may please be sent as soon as possible. Thanking you.

My mom is a patient. She has a profile on cmc vellore online appointment. But the problem is when we open this and when we check dr. Slot, the pulmonary is missing. And the other doctor slot showing that not available for 90 days. Dont know why this happened?? My mom next appointment date on december. But the doctor slot is missing. Please sort this.

In cmc at cheelapalli, chittoor, the security guards are behaving arrogantly and especially 2-3 security guards are using abusing and vulgar words to the patients as the most of the patients were uneducated and aged people they can't do any thing, please do necessary actions on them, because of those 2-3 security guards the fame of the cmc hospital in cheelapalli, chittoor is damaging
