Address: Kailash Hospital Khurja Bulandshahr

Dear Hospital Administration/Management,
I'm writing to bring your attention some concerns I have regarding the negligence of dialysis staff at your reputed Kailash Hospital Khurja.
Over the past 2-3 months, I have noticed several instances where the dialysis staff seemed to be lacking their duties.
I used to visit Kailash Hospital Khurja two or three times a week for my mother dialysis which is scheduled for 8 o'clockin morning but I've faced lot of problems like wait for an hour or two after scheduled time because there is no dialysis staff available in hospital at the scheduled time.
And I'm little bit concerned about their unprofessional behaviour to patients.

These experiences have left me feeling concerned about the quality of care being provided at your facility.

I understand that working in a hospital can be stressful, and I don't wish to cause any trouble.
However, I believe it's important to address the issue to ensure that all patient receive the best possible care.

I kindly request that to investigate these matters and take appropriate action to address any issues with the staff involved. If there is anything I can do to assist, please let me know.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to maintain the high standards of care that your hospital is known for.

Sincerely,
Yash Goswami

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the services provided by Kailash Hospital, Dehradun Branch. I want to bring to your kind attention that my father recently treated at your hospital for urinal issue and had various medical body tests.

While the medical treatment and care provided by your medical professionals were of a satisfactory standard, I regret to inform you that I have encountered a significant issue in the aftermath of my hospitalization. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups, I have not been provided with the original copies of my medical documents, reports, and bills which are essential for my insurance claim.

The non-provision of these documents has caused me undue stress and inconvenience. I had anticipated a smooth process in claiming the medical expenses from my insurance company, but due to the absence of the required documents, I am facing considerable difficulties. This situation not only hampers my financial planning but also undermines the trust and confidence I initially placed in Kailash Healthcare.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. I expect that you will take the necessary steps to retrieve and provide me with the original medical documents, including medical reports, discharge summary, and itemized bills, at the earliest convenience. This will allow me to proceed with the insurance claim process without any further hindrance.

If this matter is not addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner, I may be forced to explore other avenues to seek redressal, which I would prefer to avoid. I believe that Kailash Healthcare values its reputation and the well-being of its patients, and I trust that you will take the necessary measures to rectify this situation.

I kindly request that you acknowledge the receipt of this complaint within 10 days and provide me with a timeline for the resolution of this issue. You can reach me at +91 [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com for any further communication regarding this matter.

I appreciate your immediate attention to this concern and your commitment to maintaining the high standards of service that Kailash Healthcare is known for.

He lacks basic courtesy to talk to a patient. I visited him today on 5th sept 2022 due to pain in my arm. When he asked since when I had pain, I told him from last 10-12 days and I added that long back I had a ligament injury in same hand so it some times pain on and off but now it is continuing for last few days. He got irritated and said "dimag khrab kar dete hai..pucho kuch aur batate kuch hai...kya itne saalo se pain ho raha hai". I was take aback on this response as I was not expecting a doctor to insult a patient for telling the medical history and it didn't even took more than 2 mins. I myself is a professor and I am not the kind of person who hold back in such situations but since it was a hospital therefore I controlled my emotions at that time so other patients doesn't suffer. But I have been anxious because of this from last 6-7 hrs and not able to sleep as i am feeling that I paid for his service and I never said anything that could probably irritate him. I have been visiting kailash hospital for about 12-13 years now but this is really upsetting when I was already in pain. I was with him not for more than 5-7 min and during this period he talked on phone for at least 2 min. Very disappoint to see such behaviour from a famous and learned doctor.

It was one of the worst experiences I've had at any doctor or hospital yet.
Despite all the reputation, awards, and honors, Dr. DS Gambhir does not care for his patients at all.
We went in because my grandfather had been feeling very sick and after an extensive full body checkup, and consulting with both a physician and pathologist to review the test results, we were recommended by both the doctors to get a checkup by a cardiologist.
Dr. DS Gambhir is highly awarded and was recommended as one of the best cardiologists in Noida, but after waiting more than 3 hours in the waiting room, when we went inside to meet him, it was clear he was only interested in rushing us out.
After sitting down as we were trying to show him the reports, he rudely stated "I don't want to see any test reports", and did 3 seconds check with his stethoscope and said, "everything is okay, why are you here?"
We tried to tell him that we did a full body checkup the same day and there were some issues, however, he was constantly interrupting us "That is a physician's job, why are you here? I don't have time for this" We tried to explain that we were told to get a consultation with a cardiologist by 2 doctors, and he told us blankly "those doctors have fake degrees from fake universities"
Within 40 seconds o[censored]s entering the room, he had pressed his assistant button and called for the next patient without ever looking at the reports or the patient at all; we complained of not being satisfied and that we just need a little bit of clarification of what does the report mean, his exact words were "I am not here to satisfy you, please go consult a physician"

I took my 90-year father to see a physician, Mr. Subodh Chandra, for GI issues after he was discharged from the CCU where he spent five days.

The hospital attendant took him in the doctors office as my father kept trying to throw up in the lobby (it was only a feeling). When Dr. Chandra comes in he starts yelling at the attendant as if we were not even there saying why he was there and he can sit. Not once did he look up at my father or say GM/hullo/ or how are you. An elderly person deserves a little respect. Then the doctor started berating me because I used the word nausea - saying I should not use medical terms and should stick to laypersons terms. Since when has nausea become a medical term only? He continued to be dismissive. His whole interaction was extremely rude and unnecessary. If doctors are so busy that they don't have the courtesy of being polite then they should think of another profession.

I've never experienced the level of rudeness and superiority complex that I have with Dr. Chandra and I feel sorry to even call him a doctor. He may be under the impression that he is a demigod.

He needs to go through ethics and patient care training as he seems to have forgotten what profession he is in.

Dear team of Kailash Noida, Sec 27

I am writing on behalf of Mrs. Pushpa Gautam (My mother), who is currently undergoing treatment with Dr. Gattani.
Her first visit with the doctor was on 27th Feb, 2021 (attached OPD card and prescription form), where she was asked to undergo some tests (please refer attached OPD card) and some medicines were prescribed, which she has been taking regularly, as advised.
In the following days, she got the tests conducted and today, on 8th March, 2021, she visited Dr. Gattani again for further consultation (attached OPD card).

First of all, I had called ahead on saturday to enquire if we can get an appointment for today, to which we were told that it is open OPD and we will have to walk in and take a number. When my mother reached the OPD she was asked multiple times if she had an appointment and how without it it takes a long time. My mobile number is [protected] and you can check that I made a call in the evening (around 4 pm) on saturday (6th March, 2021) to enquire about the appointment.

Then my mother got a number 105 to see the doctor. After waiting patiently for her turn, when she finally met the doctor, he behaved rudely with her throughout the consultation. It is not a generalised statement. Following are the problem points due to which I am writing to you :

                    1) He asked her to keep quiet, when she was asking a question about her blood pressure. As a result she does not know why her BP is beinng erratic and how we should treat it. We only have "some" medicines, whose use also we do not know.

                    2) He attended a phone call in front of her, where he was constantly complaining of the high number of patients and how today was a "sad day", with a patient sitting right in front of him. This dissuaded my mother from asking anything else and the entire consultation was over in 3-5 mins (including the time he spent on his phone call, where he communicated more, than he did with the patient)

                    3) He did not explain a word of what came in the reports. Whether they were normal, poor or problematic or worrisome. He just wrote medicines and sent her away.

                    4) My mother had vomiting and fever the day before, in the night, and when she tried discussing that, he did not hear it at all or asked for any other symptoms, and merely asked, "aaj vomit hui kya?", in a very rude tone, while my mother was clearly suffering from the problem.

I want to ask, how a patient is supposed to feel better after having such a terrible consultation? Is the doctor not supposed to politely handle the patient? If his work load is so much that it's a sad day for him, then why doesn't he stop at 50 patients and not make it a "sad day" for the 105th patient?

We came to Kailash hospital for years and after having multiple recommendations.
My sister delivered her baby son there, I have bid farewell to 2 grandparents there, my father had an operation there last month. But after today, it just seems that the hospital is only caring about the patients coming in and moving out ; Not about whether they are being treated properly or not.

I want my grievance to be looked into seriously by the management of the hospital. And if it is not then I will be forced to escalate the issue to concerned authorities

Writing to you as a pained son, who saw his mother being mistreated by such a reputed medical practitioner, at a reputed hospital.

                    Anticipating your response.

                    Regards
                    Vikram Jeet

Deeply regretted that your employee mr lalsa billing assitant working in specialist opd opthalmology is misbehaving with patients, not following first come first serve basis deliberately. His attitude is not fit for working in your esteemed hospital. I am coming to your hospital since last 15 years and never faced any problem but mr lalsa deliberately keeps people waiting and caters to patients at his whims and fancies. I suggest you adopt token system at opd so that your arrogant employee does not have the leeway to misbehave.

Irrational consultation fee in emergency unit. I took my mother for headache. Doctor didn’t even spend full minute with her. She was given 4 injections and the fee charged was rs550😳 in name of senior resident blah blah. How do i know who is what and what am i charged for. When i asked the billing person he gave no proper response and the doctor stepped in stating what happened, again a billing issue. Which means it’s very often there and then she started arguing with me

                              Bad gynecologist. Extremely unprofessional behavior
My mom was admitted 4 days ago in emergency due to severe uti. She is 73 years old and has had her knees replaced. Sarita sinha the gyne was rude, least bothered about how and what the patient felt. For a physical chkup my mom had to bend her knees and obviously she could not bend properly due to knee replacement, she told her and me so rudely " what can i do if she can’t bend her knees, instead of being kind and polite and understanding the situation she stood there and passed comments such as.. What can i do, i have other patients, this is so inconvenient, how will i check her and it wasn’t as if my mom was not trying her best. She was already lying down with her knees bent to almost 90 deg and was in so much pain. Even after that the doctor said i will try to chk her and it was obvious that she could easily check her which she did. This sort of behaviour is uncalled and unprofessional from a doctor. I would never recommend anyone to go to this gyne. Yes no doubt that the other doctors who treated my mom were very good, kind and professional but this one was very bad. We had already planned to take her to cloudnine as the gyne there is an absolute gem but as my mom was already admitted here we had no choice. Same for one of the nurses here. The blood taken was so badly taken, first they could not find her vein so she went on poking in both arms, my mom’s both arms had these big bruising, either they are interns or not qualified to take blood. The other nurse who took it was very professional, he took it quickly without leaving any marks and bruises. My mom was prescribed # inserts and one of the night nurses brought the maid who changes the sheets to put the tablet inside her. When i objected then the nurse with a sulky face did it. The dietician was another case of causal behaviour, for 2 days my mom was given diabetic food because incorrect information was passed on to the kitchen. When i objected no heed was given and only when i reported this to floor manager was it rectified. This sort o[censored]nprofessional casual behaviour towards patients is unacceptable and i will make sure that anyone asking for recommendations.. I will never give for gyne and kitchen and casual unprofessional nurse behaviour. This is not a fake review and you are welcome to contact me. I would have given a good rating to the hospital as the other docs and staff were good but the experience we had

Has made me give an average rating.

Dr uma sharma has been know to our family for many years and with my delivery i thought of shifting to my parents place which was in noida. She is the worst person and even a more horrible doctor. We lost our baby because of her! I had gestational diabetes for which she screamed at me and increased my dose and said it wasn’t well controlled and who ever the doctor was who gave me the medicine earlier was a fool and his ways were wrong. Then she screamed and said it can cause stillbirth and screamed so much without explaining the condition, it’s impact, it’s knowledge and my bp rose to 150/100. She and her other doctor would both talk non stop and simultaneously. On which i told her to talk in a calm note and explain what ever she intends to, on which she then changed the topic. I was in my 35th week while i came to her. I got a scan done at their hospital and the scan was perfect, baby growth was at 91 percentile and their hospital radiologist said “ ma’am won’t go beyond 37-38 weeks with you as you have gd. Then she would never schedule the next appointment for me and i would keep going to her on my own instinct every 3-4 days. She would say “ normal delivery is the way “ and we would get happy about it. Then she would criticise the girls who would get c section done and would say “ pata nahi in ladkiyon ko ki c section kharab hai, pain hi nahi le sakti aaj kal ki ladkiyan “. I would ask her that when does she think i will be delivering on which she would say “ full time ke baad hi lagta hai, 11th feb ke baad “ where else my due date was 10th feb. She would stamp my sheet as “ high risk pregnancy “ and did absolutely nothing to compact that. Then around 36 week i got this intense itching on my body, which was toooo horrible and would be even more intense at night, it was sooo bad that i would cry the night out. I went to her on which she said “ it’s normal “, and gave me luceria, which is some stretch mark cream. But the cream didn’t help and i was even more miserable, it was extreme winters and i would shower in cold water to comfort my self. Checked online to comfort this normal itching and used everything possible.in the mean while my sugar had started coming lower than what it was suppose to be and she told me to reduce the dose. She didn’t see if it could be anything else. Then i went to her again after 2 days saying that the itching was still terrible. Then her assistant said “ haath pair per tou nahi hai “ i said yes! I have it all over my body and she said “ arey pehle kyu nahi bola and told me to get lft done, which i already had on recommendation from a family doctor. She saw and said “ udiliv khao “ didn’t explain what had happened and what for. And the itching kept growing more, i would scratch my self to blood, i would be up all night putting aloe vera, cleaning with cold water about 10 times. She had told me to walk more so i would go to the mall and walk for 1-2 hours as she said it will help with labour. Would were thinnest of cotton t shirts in winters, coz it would hurt my body with so much of itching. I went to her at 38 week and 3 days with complain of horrible back ache and reduced movements. She took me in did a regular doppler and said “ hear the heart beat, your baby is saying hi “ i said but i can feel very less movements now a days. She said” it’s normal coz the baby is totally down “ and for back pain she said it’s coz of pressure of baby. I again told her that the itching was still bad and she said, mere bhi legs per abhi tak nishaan hai, pregnancy may hota hai, then she said “ tum rice khao and rasgulla, for liver “. I trusted the doctor so blindly coz she was a known person to us and i thought she would take extra care of me as she knew our family for so long. I asked her for inducing of pain and she said “ pain tou tabhi induce karenge jab pains aane waley honge, tum caster oil pe sakti ho “ she called me paranoid and anxious person coz i would ask about itching where else i was actually miserable with it and would move around putting aloe vera in public toilets and movie halls as it was crazy itchy. At 38 week 5 days i went to her again complaining that i felt no movements, and she said “ haaan tu paranoid rehti hai, i have to go for a wedding, the other doctor will check and make you hear the heart beat “ the doctor took me to check and there was no heart beat!!!. The baby was gone. She came back from the function and kept acting surprised. I was in complete shock and didn’t understand what had happened. I was crying but i couldn’t digest that i had lost a baby. Her assistant doctor was equally rude and a big blabberer. She told my doctor to google when he asked something. I asked the doctor what had happened then she said “ gd tha, over weight thee and liver disorder bhi tha (The itch!!, aparently i had icp!!!) and in that she was suppose to deliver my baby by 37 week!!. When i went to confront her, she said bhagwan ki marzi, i asked why she had not performed any nst, she said “ what nst?, woh kya hota hai “. I said you were suppose to deliver early, her junior doctor pounced and said “ according to american medical association, we can’t before 39 week “ which is a big fat lie!!! Then she had spoiled my stitches and later couldn’t even rectify them.. She would clean it with so much force and harsh act. And told me to keep the wound open and lye down with fan on so that the wound can dry. (Remember it was winter, and it was a huge gap that my would had) the same evening a family doctor who is a gyne and works at govt. Hospital visited and told me to dress the wound 2 times a day and never keep it open as it will catch infection. They also said that in gd or icp we do multiple nst and abort the pregnancy by 37/38 week as there are high risk of fetal distress, and the slowing of movements was actually something she should have done nst and other tests for as it was fetal distress and not normal!!!
. I decided to come back to ludhiana where i had a wonderful doctor and she dressed my wound 2 times a day, cleaned it and later did a re surgery. It’s been 4 months and with meeting so many doctors i understand that uma sharma and her doctors were careless criminals who didn’t took care of me at all! Infact i feel she forgot i was pregnant!!! She called my high risk and listed three thing which she knew i had and which could cause stillbirth and took no care, she did no nst (I gst said “what’s nst “, no baby movement tests) to check baby health, she prolonged the pregnancy without any check up apart form doppler. She said pains could be induced only when real pain arise. She was a bag filled of #. She is apparently the hod of her own hospital. I have never seen a more horrible person in my life.

Its my sincere and heartfelt advice to all the pregnant women, please do not even go to this doctor for any sort of consultation. If already doing so, kindly change immediately.

Uma sharma is the worst gynae doctor to come across with. She is pathetic, rudest and illiterate doctor. My review is totally based on mine understsnding keeping aside the emotions.

My wife and i lost our baby in 39th week of pregnancy due to complete neglignce by her. She wanted to take the delivery till the expected date.. She never listened to any of the problem my wife used to discuss with her. My wife had developed gestational diabetes in 7th month which she knew but had under control with medicine. But she labeled this pegnany as high risk pregnancy. At start of 9th month, my wife had severe itching throughout her body which she said is very general. The itching had gone severe as the 9th month procedded. My wife went to her so many times with this bad itching for the same, but she just handed over a cream and a itching medicine. Later we got to know it was icp, which is caused due to liver dysfunction and has direct impact on placenta which is very bad for baby growth.

Even at start of 39th week, my wife went to her and told her about severe back pain, but she said its normal. On 3rd day of 39th week, my wife experienced lack of movement but she also ignored that and went back home after handing over my wife to her junior. On getting ultrasound done, we witnessed no heart beat of the baby. That was such a painful moment for us. She is an illiterate unthoughtgul doctor.

After consulting, so many doctors later we have got to know that if expecting mother reports for any changes or reduction in baby movements, then it has to be taken very very seriously. But for this non educated female uma sharma, it was normal. Doctors even suggest to notice baby movements daily especially in 9th month which she never evrr told me and my wife.

So even after knowing that my wife had gestational diabetes, itching problem, she wanted to go till end of delivery date without understanding any consequences of these problems and also herself rating it as high risk pregnany. She never consulted us to deliver the baby before time by using induced pains or even csection. But was just madly after normal delivery.

She had not performed even a single non stress test (Nst) on my wife throughout 9th month which helps doctor check about baby health and heart rate condition. When we later, asked about nst, she went clueless for the same.

We have lost our baby, but i do not want any other mother or father to go through this pain by going to her.

Again, its my sincere and heartfelt advice to all the pregnant women, please do not even go to this doctor for any sort of consultation. If already doing so, kindly change immediately.
