As per the incident happened on 2/03/2017 my Mother had taken appointment 3 months back and was asked to come on Thursday (02/03/2017).After arriving to the hospital one of the Physician from Neurology department reacted unofficial and rudely with my parents.And also asked them to get out and never come again.This is is how you people treat your patients. Before I take legal Action I am barging the complaint and I want this issue to be taken serious.

We wanted appointment of PANCHAMI DAS, HOSPITAL ID NO-913245C, daughter of my friend ANUP KUMAR DAS. We do not receive any appointment but deduction made twice Rs 1100/- each on[protected].
I want confirmation of appointment or refund of money deducted from my account no-[protected] of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, BIRATI BRANCH(RANABIR GHOSH).

    Transaction successful but appointment not issued

    On 6th Feb 2017, i tried to book an online appointment for my Son Oliver Solomon Boggarapu with Doctor Sumita Danda (Genetic Medicine). However, due to some error the amount Rs. 550/- was deducted from my bank account but appointment was not given.

    I received an error message in the CMC Portal however, the amount is deducted from my account.

    I tried to pay the amount thrice (Rs. 550/- each) but all the transactions...

    Respected sir,
    I tried getting an appointment for myself (Neha kumari) on 10th feb and money has been deducted from my account 4 times for the amount 650/- and the total amount of 2600/- has been deducted. I didn't get an appointment too..

      The image I had of Christian Medical College, Vellore totally topsy-turvied today. For me it was a complete loss of time, loss of money and loss of energy.
      The only gain I had was the bitter experience about CMC. The whole purpose of travelling from West Bengal to Vellore for my parent's treatment has been completely defeated.

      On 11th Nov 2016 I had booked an appointment with Dr. Vikram Mathews. I got the appointment on 17th Jan 2017.
      When I came here on 17th Jan in the hospital, I saw utter mismanagement and chaos.

      Day 1:
      Our appointment time was at 1.30pm. After waiting for more than two hours we were called by a junior doctor (Dr Viswadeep). The juniour doctor was the one who listened to our case and conducted some physical examination. Then we went to Dr Vikram Mathew's chamber and within one minute the junior doctor presented the case to the senior doctor. He was fumbling and was forgetting the details. Dr. Vikram Mathews didnt even speak to us. We were there inside his chamber for literally less than 2 minutes. Then we were given a series of tests which we had already done once during our treatment at Kolkata.

      Day 2:
      On the second day we were again made to wait for a very long time (More than 3 hours). There was no security gaurd inside Room 13 of Hematology building and people were coming at random with their problems. Some had to get a slip signed by the junior doctors, somebody needed to submit some forms, etc. After around 3 hours, the junior doctor met us only to present a list of further tests that need to be done. Dr. Vikram Mathews did not even meet us today.

      Day 3:
      Again after waiting for more than 3 hours when our names were not being called, my mother went inside the room and twice enquired about the status of her appointment. They told us that we will be called. We waited and waited and after a long time the juniour doctor called us to inform that Dr. Vikram Mathews was on leave that day. If he was on leave, why were we not informed and how could they book an appointment (For every repeat appointment they charge rs 220)? He then asked us to do another round of test.

      For three days we went there and only on the first day the senior consultant met us but didnt even speak a word with us. We were inside his chamber for literally less than 2 minutes. On the second day, he didnt even meet us and on the third day he suddenly went on leave although our appointment was booked.

      On all the three days, we were asked to conduct sets of blood, urine and stool tests. They could have given all the tests on day 1 itself but they chose otherwise.
      They could not determine the cause of illness and we were forced to go back

      I was a PG student in CMC Vellore. Served for one and half years. Unfortunately, I sustained a spinal fracture, accidental in April 2014.Following which they found me useless as I was partially disabled and following which they I had tried everything to kick me out of the college, even though I tried my best to dedicate my selves in work. As a Christian missionary college, I had a lot of expectation that they will support me in my adversity. For 6 months, they harassed me in every way as I didn’t follow their Christian doctrines. I was a devotee of Christ, but these traumas changed me drastically. I left the course. it’s been 2 and half years since I left that #########. They treat PGs like dogs if we won’t follow them blindly. I still have some PTSD symptoms. They treated my spinal injury for 7 months and the spinal fracture got displaced. It was misdiagnosed as arthritis. Even now I am suffering from the complications of their medical negligence as i wasn’t carefully examined and treated. Currently am suffering from the complications of their medical negligence in the form of Neuropathic back pain, Obesity, depression, Pain killer tolerance, and those related to physical inactivity due to my disability. And what they finally do was unacceptance of their negligence and refusal to treat it further. They refused to file most of the medical data and didn’t give me a falsified information. Now i lost my physical health, may be for life long. If almighty is there, they will pay for it one day. Those memories are still haunting me. Lot of nightmares. I hadn’t recovered even by a% of 50.I have to say. i haven’t seen or heard about such Christian #$* in ever in my life. So, beware before going to that #########. Searching net is useless, experience it personally

        I was handed over a cheque numbering 276366 on account of refund of amount deposited, due to unavailability of cash at that moment.

        Please note that this cheque was not honoured and was rejected by bank on being presented. On further enquiry, I was notified that the reason for rejection was “Signature differences”.

        May please check at your end and advise what can be done in this regards.

            R. Satish kumar a security guard was behaving very roughly with all of the patient nd thr relatives.. Nd wen i asked for his name.. He quarrelled nd warned me this is my name do whatever u want to do.. No1 is going to punish me., .. Wat a way be behave.. Ten wen i was in line frm 6.30am nd gone to take my father to nepro department (he was giving blood samples thr)..ten they told me to stand last... I even was trying to expalin everything but he not bother to listen anything.. Wat a behaviour as they r treating patient nd relatives as dog

              Patient final report is not given during the discharge time and patient was forcefully discharged by the doctors even his condition was critical and the behavior of the doctors was so bad that we can not think about such reputed Hospital. Requested for report but not given and patient was brought by road to Jharkhand which is tough for the patient. No medicine was given .
              Anyway, I request you kindly to send patient detailed report so that treatment can be made easy for doctor . Presently we admitted into the RIMS Ranchi.

              I am not getting biopsy report after 13th days
              I give my patient's slide & block for biopsy.but still now l have not get any report of biopsy.my patient's condition is too much critical.but her treatment will not start with out this report.

                I went to cmc vellore on 1st nov 2016, to seek advise from dr. ranjit moorthy who is senior neuro surgeon.
                But i was visited by 2 junior doctors (bijesh and sanil) at the opd on day 1 and day 2. both doctors didn't understand the problem i was facing.
                They suggested for mri, xray and blood test, there was clear finding in mri but concerned doctor didn't paid attention to it, even on showing the exact point on mri film. rather he advised same pain killers and volitra gel.

                On requesting why we i cannot meet the sr. doctor, he (dr. sanil) started telling stories about cmc policies and said if you want to meet moorthy you need to wait for 3-4 months. i had waited for a one and half month after taking online appointment but didnot meet the expected doctor. even the discussion reached to the moment of argument. on asking about the pain which i am facing he said he "dont know", may be some kind of mechanical pain.

                This is a height, some body needs to take an action on this.

                    As my father is in checking up under the supervision of a doctor of Cardiology,
                    It seems our right to get a seat to seat at inside of the department's corridor but the working staffs are not letting the patients to get in, but they are forcing them go out in the balcony in the sun, instead, and even the a long while is passing on bit the call isn't getting made too.
                    Authority should take a look over those situations, unless it would be seemed harmful and even insulting for such a highly recommended and prestigious hospital, .

                    I want the Authority to take a look and to take several steps to prevent such activities .

                          I, smt purabi bhattacharyya underwent treatment cmc vellore hospital on 05/08/2016 with dr. Vinu mathew george, orthopadics 2 and sought for medical reports. I had made necessary payments of rs.110/- on 09/08/2016 vide receipt no.50820r422563 (A scan copy is attached herewith). It was given to understand by the dealing assistant at orthpadics dapartment that the report will be dispatched by post next day. But despite the lapse of considerable period i have not yet receipt the same. I had taken up the matter to the hospital authority on 27/08/2016 to look into the matter and arrange to send it to my postal address already provided together with the doctor's prescriptions and advices. Unfortunately, that have neither acknowledged or replied.
                          Further, i had approached to my insurance company for reimbursement of the expenses made by me at the hospital for the said treatment, who asked for submission of the doctor's prescriptions and advices. Kindly arrange to provide me the same also so that i can seek reimbursement of the medical expenses.

                                Sir/ Madam This is to inform you that I Kamal Hossain(Patient) of west bengal, age 24 years male bearing Hospital No- 272989F had paid Rs 540/- for reappointment ( consultation fees ) for Dr.Dan Barnabas of Orthopaedics 1 unit on 29/09/2015 through net banking facility of State Bank Of India but no Appointment receipt was generated and the money was deducted from the account of the owner of the cyber cafe Bearing name- Dibbendu Roy, S.B.I Account No- [protected], Branch- Maslandapur, Branch code- 04636, IFSC Code- SBIN0004636, MICR Code[protected], West bengal. Then I again paid Rs 540/- for my appointment and this time I got appointment receipt. Please refund back the amount (Rs540/-) to above mentioned account so that I can get back the money from the cyber cafe owner. Thank you.

                                  Request a refund As per the instructions made by CMC, the appointment slot should be reserved through online. while processing we made the payment and it shown as payment unsuccessful. but i received a message that amount of Rs.540/- has been debited from my A/c with POS txn at[protected]CHRISTAN29096-CHRISTIAN MEDICAL CO. on 02sep2015 at 01:29:15 Hrs. Though we sent mail to CMC, they are not responding. even we have placed a mail to syndicate bank main branch from vivek.[protected]@gmail.com, but we did not get any reply from them too. so please go through it once and resolve as soon as possible.

                                    Ha bhai mera bhi 19th February ko 550/- korke 2 bar = 1100/- rupiya kat liya... bank mei complaint diya to onone bole ki transaction successfull tha or please contact to marchant... aur CMC Vellore mei bhi complaint darg kiya to aj tak koi responsibility nehi hai...

                                      my first son was born in CMC hospital Vellore. during delivery my struggled lt without proper doctor and after 18 hours of struggling my first son was born with assistance of suction cup. he was diagnosed as autism. It is purely delay delivery after bursting panikodam - he was ibside almost 17 hours. please advise
                                      why i m not going to patanjali( Ramdev) for the refernce of RSS they can better care then CMC vellore.
