We were asked to report to MRO at 4pm on Jan 12th 2023. We reported half hour before the time mentioned in appointment and now the time is around 8 but still the doc is yet to see patient.
Why is this?
Then what’s the use of reporting time mentioned in the appointment
Does patient’s time is not valued in the hospital?

I'm a care taker of a Patient undergoing Chemotherapy at CMC. He is facing few side affects of Chemotherapy.
So, we decided to consult a Dr. In emergency department. We came in the Morning approx 9.30. My father is admitted in CCU, as advised by Nurses I have to stay back in the hospital at night. But I did not find proper waiting room. Security persons froced me to seat under a shade. But too much mosquitoes are there. So I have to keep standing whole night.
If this is the facility, I am afraid people gradually find this place unhealthy and uncooperative....
