My wife had an appointment with general neurology today in Ranipet campus A402 - room 31A and my token was G11. After having waited for almost a year to get to Neuro we are very much disappointed. The doctor keep on saying there is no problem, though we are continuously giving symptoms, the doctor says he already read the history and he found nothing without any MRI or any other Neuro related testing .. He didn’t even question why we are worried and not lending attention to our problems.. now we are returning back to Saudi with a lot of disappointment with this doctor

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the treatment provided to my uncle, who was diagnosed with blood cancer and chronic kidney disease (CKD) and received treatment at CMC, Vellore. Our experience at your esteemed institution has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring these concerns to your attention.

    My uncle was admitted to CMC, Vellore for almost 20 days, during which we faithfully adhered to the protocols and followed the instructions provided by the medical staff. We arrived at the hospital every day at 8 am and returned home around 7 pm, except on Sundays. Initially, we were informed that we could opt to undergo the chemotherapy treatment in any hospital closer to our home. However, after considering the reputed services provided by CMC, Vellore, we decided to continue the treatment at your facility.

    What truly appalled me throughout this ordeal is the lack of consideration and empathy demonstrated by the doctors towards us, despite the fact that we are also working professionals trying to manage our personal and professional responsibilities simultaneously. We made it a point to arrive early in order to secure the first patient token number, but despite our efforts, we were forced to wait the entire day merely to obtain the doctors' signatures. This experience was in stark contrast to our previous experiences at Narayani, where we were impressed by the seamless process and efficient management.

    I regret to inform you that due to these recurrent issues and the evident inefficiency in your services, my family and I have decided not to seek any further medical treatments at CMC, Vellore. Additionally, we intend to share our disappointing experience with our acquaintances and within our social circle, which will undoubtedly impact the reputation of the institution. It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to enhance the efficiency and patient experience within your facility.

    I kindly request you to investigate the matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the issues mentioned. The patient ID for my uncle is 493406P. I trust that you will address our grievances promptly and provide us with a satisfactory resolution. We sincerely hope that no other patient has to endure the same inconvenience and disappointment in the future.

      Urology Dept Doctor (name don't know), very casual, don't listen to me properly, I really feel bad how he told me "; Forget about your left kidney", unprofessional I must say, only giving so many test, CMC has became business hub and forgot it's glorious past. He can't suggest me any medicine for hydronephrosis as my condition is not bad, I am not feeling any pain or problems as such, still he persist to remove that kidney. Very very disappointed with CMC Vellore. They are known for medicinal treatment and avoiding surgery. I think that is past..

        Staff nurse are very rude with small baby's and there is no immediate response from the doctors to treat the baby's in emergency ward. Negligence of treatment.long waiting time for small baby's treatment

          It is submitted that i m a not the resident of this state and came here from other state for treatment of my father who is senior citizen and having a orthopedic problem. During the process of treatment it come to notice that the information provided by ur staff not complete and non cooperative, after taking payment in cash counter they didn't give the correct. room no and right information, my self moving here and there and after with my father self again came from that staff for take information but said staff again not giving proper information. During this period my father is a senior citizen and feel to much pain in his leg and not able to walk.

          Further in surgery dressing counter docter is absent and patient are standing in que, many times we asking from other a staff when they attend the patient, they said that docters are not hera. After waiting near one hour docter is comming. Whenever the dressing staff not handel and proper dressing the patient .

          We are hoping and coming from other state for good service by CMC but we are disappointing.

          We are come here for treatment not for research.

          We can hope that U will be improve ur service better for patients and they will not suffer. Most of them senior citizen.

          Doctor's are take too much long time for treatment, we are from other state and poor family' and possible to stay here for long days, we are came here for as soon as possible treatment, but docters are strech to long, poor family' people facing very difficult to stay here and treatment.

          Many time we asking doctors and cash counter staff give me a short date for appointment, my father is a senior citizen and his wound is smelled and day by day its condition is bad, but they didn't show their humanity.

          I'm requesting u for please atleast help people don't waste their time, they came here for very hope, . But function o[censored] r hospital is very disappointing, hopeless.

          Make different counter for senior citizen, atleast they never face difficulties.

            By baby was born preterm at 30 week with 1365gm weight after one day of admission he got pneumonia they put the baby on ventilator then after 3 days he got another pneumonia because of old ventilator( known as VAAP) then after 8 days of treatment he got the third pneumonia( aspiration pneumonia).. my baby was under dr PV Varghese this person medical licence should be cancelled on medical grounds he doesn’t know the treatment of pneumonia and worst team of doctors with him with no experience.. they just keep on experimenting on the baby ..please please my baby is no more in this world you people please don’t ever admit your baby in cmc they will kill your baby

              I (Prashant Kumar Shaw. S/O- Bed Prakash Shaw) am writing to complain about admission billing for my father’s treatment. My father was admitted in CMC Vellore hospital from 07.03.2023 to 14.03.2023. I was way sure to get a good treatment from CMC Vellore hospital but did not get proper response.

              Kindly find the below mentioned point:

              I have booked an appointment (07.11.2022) in CMC hospital for ENT-1. After all examination doctor suggested me to visit General surgery, Neurology and Dental. Based on Doctor’s internal referral I got all appointment.
              After visit all above-mentioned department, neurology department confirmed me to do surgery and they give operation date by Jan first week (Due to financial issue operation was postponed from my side)
              Finally, I got a call (03.03.2023) from Neurosurgery department and confirmed to come hospital for the surgery.
              My father got admitted in hospital by 07.03.2023 and Doctor confirmed the operation date 10.03.2023. Suddenly doctor postponed the operation from 10.03.2023 to 15.03.2023.
              In between hospital done repeat MRI, CT scan and X-ray test and daily blood test. (Report attached for reference)
              Finally, on 14.03.2023, Doctor changed the plan and they cancel the operation and referred to General surgery and I paid hospital Bill 37365.00+repeat MRI & CT scan charge. (Based on my insurance, I planned for this treatment but during discharge time I have paid cash- Hospital suggest to cancel insurance and paid cash for admission).
              If hospital taken an admission for operation/surgery and without surgery doctor given discharge, then why Hospital is charging 37365.00.

              Based on Nov'22 month MRI reports, why doctor not taken this kind of decision in Nov'22.

              Why this type of decision taken after admission. They should take this decision in OPD based on MRI & CT.

              Due unnecessary bill 37365.00 I am out of fund and taking loan from family for general surgery.

              Now I am expecting the payback from your hospital authority as prompt as possible.

              I look forward to your timely response.

                      Kindly be informed that, yesterday I admitted my elderly mother to New CMC (Ratnagiri Campus), already she is phycailly not well and mentally disturbed due to her health condition, during checkup in the above mentioned department, your team members (staff nursers) around 5 to 8 staffs behavior was distasteful/ not up to the position of Health Department.

                      Hence, we are also not well because of family member illness, but your team members don't respect the working area as well they are playing, laughing, shouting like a playground, which is not acceptable at any cases, first they should respect the penitent health.

                      I hope you will take the necessary action against the Department nurses.

                        CMC hospital is popular hospital for Bangladeshi people because of their lower cost service but their doctor not helpfull their patients they didn't told about their service cost and surgary cost and other cost that is why patient sufferd more and more. They don't respect Bangladeshi patients because of communication gaps and doctors misuse this gaps for bangladeshi people for example today my sister was discharged from cabin before surgary I told my doctor how much rupe need for this surgary then doctor told me 60 thousand rupe then I did admit my sister for surgary then before surgery nurse told me surgary cost and other cost 134220 rupe then I ask about this bill then doctor told me, he told me before surgary i know that it is completely wrong. CMC hospital is best hospitals but their some survice are not good enough. Indian national language is Hindi but they can't speak properly in Hindi like doctors, nurses, stuff and other employes for that reason international people suffer.

                          We were asked to report to MRO at 4pm on Jan 12th 2023. We reported half hour before the time mentioned in appointment and now the time is around 8 but still the doc is yet to see patient.
                          Why is this?
                          Then what’s the use of reporting time mentioned in the appointment
                          Does patient’s time is not valued in the hospital?
                          I understand the doc time is valuable but where is the respect for other individuals time

                            Hello Team,
                            This might not be a serious one but it is matter of how a patient is treated without valuing their time. I had an appointment with Dr. Asha on Wed 28th Dec 2022 at 7:30am in the morning, but when I reached a person at the MRO told me to simply come at 2pm as the Doctor isn't there without even an apology. He told the Doctor won't be available on Wednesday before 2pm, then I do not understand why the appointment was given in the first place. There wasn't any intimation through call or email even though they had all the contact details. I had to spend Rs.400 for one time visit to the hospital and my one day pay of $150 has been lost as well. Apart from that, my mom is a patient who accompanied me so early in the morning despite her conditions came with me, her time and energy has been wasted too. Being put through so much we did not even receive an apology, a minimal of an apology would have been respectful. The way how they did not care about the patient and lethargically answered was very disrespectful. I am not sure how far this complaint is going to work but I really wanted to voice out for this. I did not even ask a single question at the MRO counter rather I am typing this complaint. Kindly take a step to avoid these kinds of discomfort for the patients who are trusting CMC and coming from far away places. Kindly respect the patients and value their time as well. Please let me know if we can escalate this as well.

                              I'm a care taker of a Patient undergoing Chemotherapy at CMC. He is facing few side affects of Chemotherapy.
                              So, we decided to consult a Dr. In emergency department. We came in the Morning approx 9.30. After Giving Blood And Urine Sample Staff's told us to wait few Hrs for the report and after that Dr. Will consult you. It has been 8 Hrs since Waiting. Everytime i ask the Nurses for the Dr. They only Say..., Wait Karo.. Wait Karo... Wait Karo... 🥲🥲

                                  I am an attendant of a patient of Alpha Clinic of the mentioned Hospital. We have to come to the Lithotripsy Unit of the clinic in a periodic circle of 3/4 days for the last 16 days. Everyday the reporting time is 8.30 AM. And we do this everytime ontime. And after reporting, the authority starts their waiting game. They started to convince patients by asking to wait a little bit and have said to patients, Doctor is coming. Thus, generally 4 to 5 hrs uncertain waiting, (it can be longer or less also) doctor come to the patients.

                                  This uncertain waiting makes patients to go through in a stressful time. They always stay in confused about if they need to go to home for some rest and food or not.

                                  This kinda harassment should not be done with the patients.

                                  They can provide a schedule time for the patients as all of the patients here with private appointment.

                                  This thing should be solved asap.

                                    Hello,
                                    With heart full of burden and pain I'm submitting my complaint against Doctors and nurses in labour ward. My wife was carrying twin babies. On 11 Oct 2022 we came to CMC for normal checkup and scan and on that day my both babies weighs around 2.9kg each and both were in very good and healthy condition and Senior Doctor Swati Rathore adviced us to get admitted on that same day to avoid any Emergencies and we accepted and I sent my wife to labour ward for admission. But my wife was not provided with bed even though she told nurses about pain they refused to provide bed or make other arrangements and my wife was also had a bleed which she informed the ward but doctors and nurses didn't took this matter seriously and wife was slept on floor upto 1 am after that they admitted my wife. And on South West general ward junior doctors took scan on 12 Oct 2022 morning 4.30 confirming both babies are normal with heartbeat is normal. Around 8 am again they took scan they didn't find one infants heartbeat. The duty doctors came out with a cry and took didn't inform anything to me even I asked them several times. All of a sudden they took my wife to emergency and told one infants heartbeat they didn't get they need to go for LSCS. They done LSCS and one of my baby was lost. The reason they told is that umbilical cord was rounded around the neck 3 times.
                                    Points to be consider.
                                    1. My wife didn't suffer any kind of bp, cholesterol, glucose or any other disease.
                                    2. My both babies were in very good condition till that day of admission.
                                    3. CMC was a private hospital but we were treated very badly on the day of admission.
                                    4. Umbilical cord surrounds the neck which is totally visible in scan why not me the attenders were not informed??. Then why my wife was not treated on priority basis and why doctors were waiting for Normal delivery which is totally unsafe for a mother carrying 2.9kg of each baby.
                                    5. We admitted on Doctors advice only but why not doctor didn't care my wife.
                                    6. Why no senior doctors were present on night shifts only junior doctors were present.
                                    7. All this incidents happened inside CMC hospital only. We came all the way with a healthy babies and mother Still we lost our baby because of your poor doctors performance and management.
                                    8. This is our first baby and we trusted CMC and we trusted your doctors words. But my wife was left on floor without Providence of bed and treatment even though she was on emergency. We came morning 7.30am and seen doctor on 3.30pm only. I left my wife in labour room on 4.30pm for admission but admitted on midnight 1am only.
                                    9. We may be the one in hundreds for a big hospitals like CMC but for us it's not like that it's only one hospital we trusted the most but same has ditched us.
                                    10. I'm attaching my dead infant pic for reference kindly look into it. My baby was crystal clear and good. Still I lost my child.

                                      Appointment counter officer not work in sufficient for patient.patient deside the one way counter printed the date in own wishes please correct them.. Doctors are not quickly work patients are waiting for more hours eye examination will be taken 2to 3hours doctors are very slowly and inconvenient for the patient mindset please correct...

                                        I had written an email with subject line - Indoor case papers - Saroj Devi - hospital number 591547B - for requesting ICP for my mom on Nov 03, 2022 and have sent 4 follow ups till date (Nov 16) . I also visited the Ms-office 2 for support three times but no help. They keep on saying that they will reply but have not responded yet.

                                        My mom was admitted twice and i have to claim around 2.5 lakhs from the insurance which will be denied in case i am not able to submit ICP by this friday, i.e, 18th Nov.

                                        Please help me here. Request you to please share the ICP at the earliest.
