This is Sindhu. I went to CMC hospital on 5th February of 2022 for birth certificate details and did the formalities like filling application and try to submit in room no 3 at MS Office . I was born in CMC Vellore but I'm not aware of the exact date and year, Why because I lost my parents at my very early age at 5, now I need my birth certificate for my passport and came there and asked them in a very polite way and expressed my problem but the answer I got from the person is very rude . I only know my parents details and mothers Hospital number. The details are as follows

    My baby 👶 born in Cmc hospital on 20th April 2020 fully lockdown time, they are charged amount upto 1.15k and multiple times I went to account dept and bill counts for payment done, but discharging time taken by account and bill counts 4hrs to 5hrs very bad management
    Note: birth certificate issue not able get online
    Good things doctor's are giving good treatment 👏 but management too bad.please take action to improve the mgs

      Nurses who checks weight and bp in the O.G dept were so rude towards patients. This makes patients feel depressed. Management must take action on this matter.

          My sister went to Rusha hospital, doctor did body shaming about my sister & said " if you beg I will offer you 10 rupee.. This word hurted lot my sister. She was tired for suicide.. Today we went to police station to complaint her.

            Dear sir/madam,

            My name is xxxxx we booked a private consultant with Alleyamma T.K. On 26th November 1:30 pm bill no. B[protected] for childlessness. We came and met the doctor in ISSCC BUILDING FIRST FLOOR room number 25 after that she given some medical test to take then she redirected us to room no 21 in same floor there is one nurse called us and giving the instructions of the tests and asked us for signature i asked her a pen for it she said like “pen yarume eduthu vara mateengla oru gents kooda pen vechika matreenga ena neengalam” so rudely then i said “ipo elame digital ayiduchi mam yaru pen lam vechitu irukanga” with a smile as i simply said then another nurse with her wearing dark blue dress (not in light blue) the time 3:30pm she started like “ena pa digital patha nee apo digital laye sign panen pakalam summa inga vandhu digital lam pesatha ‘apo digital laye kozhandha pethukarthana yen inga vara’ inga indha digital lam pesatha” with too much harsh the word it hurts us more. What is the mistake from our side the appointment amount 900 then she given a test arount for 7000 for 5 rs pen this much of anger and the words. This is the situation of cmc now? Whats the mistake from our side consider this as a complaint and pls do some needful for us.

              i am the person visiting cmc since 2011 and i have introduced so many of the patients to the cmc
              i have faced problems so many with the cmc staff especially in chittoor campus.
              Especially the security staff behaviour is sooo rude with the patients and their attendants.
              Especially i have faced problems with the security rude behaviour.

                My aunt went today morning 9'o clock for normal endoscopic scan. But they told need to take 4 more scan test. They took scan. But till doctors didn't came and see reports. Now it's midnight but still they telling doctor will come soon. We asked for a room. But they told after checking reports only we can provide room. It's already around 15 hours. But still nothing happened. Worst hospital ever I seen before

                      My brother is detected from cancer and dr. Suggested to take keemo immediately so give us a date of 8th November, but I m continuosly coming to L ward oncology department but dr. Is not coming on time waited 3 and more hours that I can manage but from last 3 days we are getting any bed for my patients, main thing is we are here on emergency basis and dr. Give us emergency date still no action taken.
                      Request you to advise where to go to get the bed.

                          It's the worst hospital and service ever seen. Visited from kolkata for mother's treatment they are conducting test for more than 2 months, did not get single report once. Test and retest for same procedure going on from 2 months. The pta will pass away before they start the treatment and specially due to their torture. Taking private appointment but still waiting for hours. This how they treat cancer pt. Going to file a police complaint and in consumer forum too. They made treatment as their business playing with someones life. PT #288881P

                            Today I had a paediatric Emergency Consultation at CMC Vellore hospital, first of all the emergency consultation is not being done when we need, I waited around 1 hr during emergency consultation required.

                            Later after I got the chance I met with a male junior consultant Doctor who has rude behaviour without proper reply and I was disappointed very much.
                            Kindly take action on this Paediatric Emergency male Doctor who attended around 2:45 PM at consultation room 2 in CMC Vellore hospital.

                              Came here with great hope on 13th oct. online appoint NU2 Dr Brijesh R was on 15 oct. reached pcf building on time contacted MRO got slot time . Dr came at 11.30 saw one or two patient, then went to OT and did not return that day. another day came and and saw in his place. everything ok. Anyway my patient was consulted and advised to consult eye hosputal, Got appointment from aye hospital on 22oct. again got re registered for dr brijesh r and got appointment on friday..In hospital i requested administative staff to release me as soon as possible, because most of the testing counters were empty. but they told me that it is written in appointment slip, that it may take 2 to 3 hours in eye hospital. just i am in eye hospital, patiently waiting for my checks to be finished soon, so that i can reach NU2 pcf building on time, and get appointment with Dr Brijesh R . Lets wait, have patience and hope Allah swt does everything fine and on time.

                                I had sent an email with subline Hospital ID : 272650P - Indoor Case Paper ( ICP ). If you do not provide ICP, kindly request you to give me a reply mentioning we are not providing ICP or please send me ICP of my father or reply as we need n number of days time so that we can forward your reply to the insurance team. Tomorrow is the deadline the insurance team has given me for ICP and I request your team to send me a reply so that I can upload the same in the insurance portal. I am following up on my email from saturday(16 Oct 2021) and got informed from CMC customer care that your team will respond within 3 business days. If you do not reply to my email, Insurance team will deny my claim of 3 lakhs rupees tomorrow for not providing ICP. Based on your reply I can move legally if they still reject my claim.

                                I hope they will send me reply. Because trust and hope are the things that keeps people move on. I had emailed insurance team members to give me more time to provide ICP as it's being delayed from hospital. Hoping insurance team will give me time and will not deny my claim today. How much ever busy hospital departments are I hope they will respond to my request.

                                For ordinary people claiming 3 lakhs insurance is necessary. Though your department is busy acknowledging and giving a reply for a request should be done.

                                    CMC officials are costly charging during blood requirement. For emergency appointment, Agents are taking charge for consultation as doctors are having tie with the doctors. What kind of cheap things got started? I will be writing this mail to directorate and Owners too with the help of my corporate team.

                                      Mr M. Shanmugam Age.80 yrs, BDO Rtd. Govt. Pensioner was taking treatment at geriatric dept for urinary infn.

                                      He was admitted in CMC casualty again on 27.09.21 and passed away on 05.10.21 at O5 east bed no. 12A.

                                      Complaint : 1. Initial amt. Rs.64000 was sanctioned after 7 days from insurance. ( Initial delay in informing insurance from your side) In this, 50% of the amt was only spent for treatment (as informed).

                                      When the patient passed away despite having balance insurance amt. we were asked to pay Rs.33000/- for taking the body out otherwise asked to wait till final clearance come from insurance. So we paid the amt to avoid delay in taking the body out

                                      This amt was cleared later by insurance on follow up and reimbursed. Is it correct?

                                      2. Death intimation was not forwarded by your concerned dept. to Vellore corporation, Sathuvachari office in time. Information not reached there till 13.10.21 even after 8 days causes further delay in getting death certificate and to complete other pension formalities
                                      I was asked to go to multiple offices when contacted MS office to B10/B52 regarding this.

                                        This department is not upto the mark .. here there should be token no. System . They doest not allow admitted wheel chair to go first and . In short it should have a fair and systematic way or a system of token no. Like the pharmacy or other departments .thankyou
