Male attendants are not allowed to stay at CMC Vellore in Nighttime, Even though the patient needs an attendant.
The Nurses and Staffs here are pathetic, They don't care for the patient, they just care for the money, IJV Catheter insertion.
and they didn't listen, After half an hour duking mid surgery when they started seeing symptoms of hypoglycemia, they checked The Blood Glucose Level, after me forcing them to check, It Came Out To be 57. Then Our Doctor Came and gave him a dextrose Injection.
Same Thing happened to me in the dialysis ward also, I Checked the Blood Sugar again and it was 89, I told them that his sugar level was low, But They didn't Hear. after 1.5 hours, I again checked the Blood glucose level and it came out to be 68, Then again they gave a dextrose injection.
Whole day My father was Kept on Dextrose Injection Only. He wasn't allowed to eat by the nurses.
Only The Doctors here at this hospital are Good, The Staff the nurse everyone is pathetic.

    Dear Sir, I am attendent of C WARD bed no-16, today 11am doctor discharge us but still no bill came till 11pm night, I just ask to sister when we going to lodge sister shouting to patient also shounting on me and say it's not my matter keep quite and wait here, also sir same sister 1day ago night not taking care of patient sline is end but no boady came to stop sline switch my wife is calling sister but same sister came and shouting to patient, patient have blood thru stop sline in hand.
    So please do the needfull, how many time to take make release paper

      Hi there,

      We have been admitted here in P1 ward on 8th of August 2021 and the operation has been done on 9th August. Since then the staff is monitoring the patient intermittently.

      The Doctor adviced us to discharge on 9th itself but the again postponed to early morning 10yh August.

      The Staff left us unmonitored since morning after discharge bill is given to us. After that we were waiting for the discharge summary since long time around 3hrs. This is not the service expected by the reputed hospital's staff. We were waiting for long time but the staff nurses are chit chatting about some flights and all except the patients staying the doctor have to send the summary. We are also not local to stay for long even after discharging. We came from far and we asked them to conclude the things so that we have to go long distance.

      I request concerned committee to please look into this concern so that no other people suffer the same.

          Respected sir,
          I am writing to you this letter to complaint about the unsatisfactory service of counter number 2 (Mr.solomon ) and pharmacy counter.

          20.07.2021 my baby was born, hospital wrongly updated as old address from the old CHAD card, now we are in new place, I have requested counter no.2, He didn’t given proper answer, how to change, what is the procedure to change and all.

          "Simply he said I cannot change the address whatever you can do, it's not my job." then why he is sitting in that counter.

          21.07.2021 I ask him how to change he said letter format not here, you can write in blank paper (simply said)
          Same I followed and submitted the letter after one week I came letter was rejected because of no hospital number and baby number.
          1st daily itself if he would have informed us, we have avoided this situation. he is giving rude answer, we are paying off they should give the proper response.

          30.07.2021 I came to collect the letter at 3.30pm he saw me and went out for break, I waited for him for 1 hour, he didn't come to seat. (I have video proof he is passing time in Aavin canteen)

          Second one I came to pharmacy counter for two-person prescription they did not see mother number, 1st bought baby medicine they are asking more and more rupees in change like 3, 4, 7 rupees but they are not return the balance amount. ( 2 times I have stood in the queue for their mistake ) 2nd time for my wife medicine they are asking change how will I give the change already my change gave to them after I went to the shops and searched and bought change to amount (coins)

          They are collecting liquid money (coins) from patient what they are doing with that money, Will everyone bring liquid cash.

          In CHAD hospital I have seen most of the patients are un-educated peoples are coming for delivery how they have liquid cash.

          Doctors are so good and giving calm answer, but counter workers are giving answers like government servant and rude.

          For their mistake I have paid 140rs for change of address also.

          Note: - He was making me Wandered for past two weeks, I lost 4 days salary and leave, Chennai to Vellore travelling expenses also.

          Please take necessary action on them.

              [protected] was given by call center via email for swastha sathi regarding quarries. I called at this no at 11 am. Someone received the call and said that right now I am very much busy, and asked me to call at 4pm. But at 4pm when I called him, he was trying to avoid me, firstly he said to call me at 4.15 pm, at 4.15 pm he said me to call after 5 minutes, and after 4.20 he was disconnecting my call after picking up my call.

                Cmc is only for poor people who don't have money or who don't say anything
                My experience is worst in cmc
                1at of all doc give 1000 of tests
                In my case I have body disbalance problems
                So general physician gives appointment for neurologist
                After all test
                From Mri brain to Mri spinal
                All tests are negative
                They said we are not finding out the prob for that I need to be admitted

                If the reports are negative than why the hell you are admitting a patient
                For eating there hard EARN money
                Bloody cheap hospital I have ever seen in my life
                Evryone listen i[censored] have money than dont come here to waste
                Jus go somewhere else but not cmc
                Most of them are students who are practicing there with lack of experience

                For any test they charge a amount
                And for the test if needle is needed they are so ### begger that they can't give needle you have to buy needle separately

                      This is regarding of parking in chittoor cmc.parking fee is for the convenience of the vehicle. If you are collecting the fee you have to provide proper road, safety for the vehicle and assurance for the things and car in the parking area and with proper parking area.
                      Already regarding the masks there was an issue created and you have corrected it after the disputes with localities.
                      I hope same should not happen and will be cleared.
                      I think manager is useless or he must be waiting for the chance

                        Dear Sir/madam,

                        I, Surinder Khera(private file No.7465231D-202420) had visited the CMC&H (dental) on 23 June 21 with complain of shooting pain in lower jaw from past two days ie the pain started from 21June 21.I was unable to locate the pain in the lower jaw ie from which lower tooth the pain was coming up.

                        I was initially sent to the dept of OMR who after taking x ray sent me to OMES dept. where Dr Selvin had examined and showed the probability of "High ends" upper teeth where the restoration had been done two weeks in Deep Hospital. I was further referred to dept of conservative dentistry and endodontics.

                        In the dept of conservative dentistry and endodontics. the proper diagnosis has not been done by Dr.Gauri as she was busy with other patients, she didnot even examine properly, and asked the junior doctor for the wisdom tooth extraction in OMES.

                        I went to CMC on 1st July 21 for the extraction which was done by Dr. Selvin and Dr. Jai.After the extraction, i reached home and after an hour the same shooting pain which was there earlier for which i had visited the hospital on 23 June started, I was really taken aback, because this was something i had not expected. I immediately called up the hospital and explained to Dr. Jai he said that we wanted to "Rule out" the chances of pain from the wisdom tooth .so we had done the extraction and asked me to visit the hospital the next day.

                        I revisited OMFS on 2nd July to Dr. Selvin who referred me to Dr. Gauri. she did the examination, asked me questions regarding the pain in detail, when i told her tabout the intensity and frequency of the pain, and also that i had eaten some hard things few days back, Finally, she gave me the medicines for a week.

                        My point is that had this examination and proper diagnosis was done by Dr. Gauri earlier, my wisdom tooth surgery could have been avoided.

                            My father admitted to hospital due to breathing issues on August 25th 2020 at 11 pm. On 26th he was taken to covid suspect room around 10 am and wait to get covid test result and they did not allow anyone to see my father. 11.30 am my father called to my brother number and he said doctor not giving water to him. After that my father ph got switched off... I called to CMC receptionist to switch on my father phone around 12.30 and she said that my father is doing good and had is lunch and going to switch on his ph but they did not and we called them again and again to switch on.. Around 4.30pm we got a call saying that my dad passed away due to covid. Unbelievable. Why they switched off my father ph and not switch on in-between 12.30 to 4.30. Something goes wrong there. Please give us more details about what really happened there.

                              Hi this rajavelu from vellore, me and my wife came for normal pregnancy check, but dr.swathi not responding properly. We a taken appointment 9.30am, before us there are around 50 patients are awaiting, now time is 1pm still near 45 patients are awaiting.. almost half a day over..my wife went and ask how long we wait, but shouting very badly. This is not good to treat patients. What ever she shouting my wife Recording in phone. Cmc management, Kindly check and take against her, or I will post this video in social network. We are not take a free treatment, we paid the amount, staffs want to give proper respect to patients

                                On 27/04/2021 I did a POS transaction via ATM card in cash counter, basically it was some lab tests, but the transaction failed, failed as in the amount of 6760/- (Six Thousand Six hundred and sixty) had been debited from my A/C.but the guy in the counter said that nothing came to CMC's a/c.the very next day I consulted the 105 and the treasurer he adviced me to wait for 3 days, if not reverted then provide an application.after 3 days I went to 106 they confirmed me that the amount was recieved by CMC.If you want the refund just give an application to the treasurer.So on 01/05/2021 along with bank statement and deduction receipt I provided him an application.He recieved it and assured me it will be done with in a week.Now it's 4 weeks past everytime I go to him he says that I have to wait as there is staff shortage due to Covid-19, but the manner in which he says is absolutely rude and arrogant.I got his point that due to pandemic situation there is staff shortage but he could have been polite, ok now neglecting his improper behaviour It's been almost a month still the refund is not done how long should it take??

                                I am extremely Dissatisfied with the proceedings.I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority to kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                                P.s -Since It is a monetary issue I cannot disclose the application here completely as all bank details are provided there.please kindly look into the matter as the application is in the drawer of the treasurer.

                                  This is to inform you that my brother, Soumyadeep Nandi( Patient id-667153H) is admitted in CMC vellore's covid ward. He was first adviced to stay admitted for 7 days( henced we booked a private ward) but now due to his health conditions it has been extended to 21 days. I have called them to know the estimate amount because there is a certain amount till which we can afford. Nobody is helping us and doctors are disconnecting calls. I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST FAITH IN CMC VELLORE now because the service and communication is horrible. Should I assume that excruciating money is part of the business and hence no estimation has been provided? We are not billionaires and hence each penny is precious for us. We have to plan things so please help us with an estimation so that we are not surprised by a bill of huge amount when I discharge my brother.

                                    I Avijit Gorai belong to west Bengal. With my profound respect, this is informing to you that today my experience at CMC hospital. I know that we are very hopeful that the treatment is very good now CMC hospital. But Today's experience has given me a lot of trouble. Today my son and I went to your hospital and it was a very bad experience. So I'm sharing my experience with you. Yesterday evening I am coming vellore from west Bengal for my wife & children medical checkup. After coming vellore in Last night my son has a fever 102 degree, He is 3year old. Name is Anirban Gorai. In this situation i am discussion to my family doctor. After discussion my family doctor is suggested to one check up to CMC doctor. In this condition I go to CMC and talk to on duty emergency doctor there about medicine but doctor asked me to bring him to the CMC hospital. After medical checks up doctor tell me you go & waited on room no’s 5th. I see that Covid 19 patients are admit & undergoing treatment in this room. After Dr. Checkup doctor tell submit doctor's fee at cash counter 15th & waited room no 4th one senior doctor check up your child in room no-4th. We are waiting room no’s -4th. I see that Covid 19 patients treatment are undergoing in this room all so. We are waiting almost 5 hours but senior doctor is not coming. We feel situation is not good so i back to home without any treatment.
                                    I have few question to all CMC senior people & doctor:
                                    1. Where the doctor does not know that my child Covid is positive or negative. Without any Covid -19 test, how to send room no 5th? That's where Covid -19 treatment is going. I am already talking & inform there is no sign of Covid-19. Doctor, why did we give importance to my word?
                                    2. What is the thinking of CMC hospital? One Normal fever present but CMC showing that Covid-19 positive? Today my experience says something like that.

                                    3. On duty doctor are not give any medicine advice but she advice to wait & setting with Covid positive present at room no 5th. I want to know, in this reason may be my child of Covid positive, who is responsible CMC hospital or on duty doctor?


                                    I would request to you kindly Importance in my issue. So, that those who come from West Bengal for medical treatment can come and get good treatment. I hope you & our CMC senior person of will be by my side in this situation & I expect your positive answer.

                                      Patients are coming to see the doctor by having the health issues but making them to wait more than 6 to 7 hours to see the doctor and inbetween doctors also will not be available and in MRO Counters also not providing proper details, without having lunch also patients are waiting but the doctors are bit irresponsible kindly consider this .

                                        I had completed payment processes to visit Dr Rakesh Mishra and was given an appointment for 20/04/2021 at 04:00 PM. I had visited the Geriatric Clinic counter and was informed that Dr Rakesh Mishra is unavailable and was referred to another consultant (I regret to inform that I had failed to note his name in the hustle and bustle of my activities) in Room: 14 with Token No: 27.

                                        Consultant, substituted for Dr Rakesh Mishra, upon meeting me had asked me to continue my medications and I present the following for your kind consideration:

                                        • Not a single word was exchanged during the initial meeting

                                        • Did not ask for information pertaining to my healthcare needs and requirements

                                        • When I persisted with my healthcare challenges, he gave me a Multipurpose Slip to undergo ENT check-up

                                        I went to the respective counter to process payment for ENT check-up, and based on my insinuation on utter lack of professional ethics, patient care values and moral responsibilities displayed by the consultant, I decided to take another appointment for Dr Rakesh Mishra, whom I had admired as one of the best assets of CMC’s team of medical professionals.
