My Father Doing Hemodialysis in AK lab (CMC).
Right now in CMC not following Safety Hazardous & No Safety Precautions.

"They Doing Hemodialysis in Same Machine For Normal patients & HIV Positive patients same machine" and also "They calling same shift in same Room for TB Patients, HIV positive Patients & Normal Patients calling same time for Hemodialysis treatment."

I don't know whether its Hospital or Hotspot for Virus supply .

Regarding this i have requested to AK Lab Staff & along with Doctors to change room normal patients.
Doctor & Staff statements was If you feel uncomfortable you can switch other hospital we never forced you to take treatment from CMC.
Its CMC policy was Hemodialysis treatments can do same machine & same room or next bed ( HIV positive & TB patients with normal patients.)

So, Finally i understood They are not educated doctors & Staff all are came for recommendation.

My grandma was operated here on 14th April. I came here only with my aunt and grandma and she was admitted in O6 ward.
She went into the OT at 11am and got out of there at 12am (midnight).
It was a matter of life and death. So, we both waited for her her till she got out of the recovery room and then we learnt that she wouldl be transferred to P3 ward for observation.
But as we were about to take turns waiting for her, the nurses told us to move our things from O6 ward and when we got there, we pleaded with the nurses to let us both stay indoors, at least on the chairs but they were adamant about "one patient, one attendant" rule. (How can a woman say to another woman to go back to the lodge after midnight by herself?) So my aunt decided to sit and wait outside even though it was 1am already but a security guard told her "It's mens' area only".
I won't mention any names but I plead with the CMC management and leaders to teach their staffs about compassion and kindness, even if it means bending the rules a little. People come here for treatment sometimes as their last resort from far off places..we don't wanna see heartless humans before we die.
It's okay to not be fluent in Hindi or English, sometimes all you need is a little help and a smile.
Don't play God to helpless people.

We were bringing our child for vaccination today (12-Apr-2021). The staff who usually enter the next visit date, entered it in such a way we can't understand whether the month is 7 or 8. Later, when we asked her with doubt, her behaviour was so childish and adamant, then she corrected it to 5 after scolding as if she is the Collector. We were totally disappointed by her behaviour when the next parent was asking the same doubt. Please instruct the staff to be polite and customer-friendly.

I have admitted my father (Ramana Reddy Kanumuru) in W ward under hepatology.
We are very displeased with the staff behaviour (especially with sister Jayabharathi) in the ward (being dispolite and very rude when beating with patients and relatives)
I hope this issue will be resolved at Nursing superintendent level and I will be provided with written apology from the concerned staff in the ward or I will take this issue further in court of law as I have proof regarding the same

I am Adhikarla Shridhar from Bhilai (C.G). I came to visit CMC for my Father's treatment. Here I took the meals from hospital for him.
One fine day in an open pack of meal one bhajiya was served that was already ate by someone, for the reference there was a bite mark on it.
During this time of COVID pendemic they served Stale and eaten food.
Also, here because of the online prescription the attender or patient doesnt know what he is buying (because its not written) and ends up buying the same thing he has in surplus. And when told to give written prescription they cause mental stress and caused drama.
Also, I had paid for the Xray Scanning Bill on 25th/2/2021. But they also included in the weekly bill. ( mentioned the same amount twice) and when i had gone to get a refund at the same time the staff told me to go to Radiology section, the radiology told me to go to room no. 105, room 105 told me to go to billing section. After going rounds aroung these people, they told me that the amount will be adjusted from the main bill.

Today (28/March/2021) on the date of my fathers discharge and our journey they'd give us the monthly summary of the bill. And the amount is not deducted from the main bill, they sill had mentioned it twice.
And with the concerned issue I had gone to Ward Nurses they told me it is not our concern its billing sections issue, so had gone there they blatantly with high tone of language scolded me and said (ehhh 17 me jaao bola na yaha nahi hoega ye)... then i told him to talk with respect but he was like jao jao (high tone). After that i gone to Room.17 (Radiology) the guy there was so rude. He told me in a very rude manner that it wont be refunded and to go and talk to the Ward Nurse..
For the concerned issues the hospital has given me and my family huge mental as well as physical stress.

My complaint is listed
On recommended one of my friend I took online appointment date 15th march regarding my Neuro surgery with doctor chako 10.30 am visited him at cmc.
After waiting 3 hrs.he instructed me to meet there team at room No 105 for cost and available date as its an emergency required for surgery
From room 105 said to deposit 3 lakh rupee than they will talk on that.
I hv deposited 300000 by online transfer to there account given by them 19th March they said they will call and not to leave vellore city stay here at your own arrangement. from 15th March I am waiting for there respond and my wife foolishly roaming and visiting them for date of admission At Neuro department
Office staff are very arrogant
Not have any maner how to talk to a female also.
I am feeling so harassment by begging them in daily routine for admiring me.
As I am not from health financial back ground
hotel expenses and other expenses are too big burden on me.
Only I know how did i managed 300000Rs still no certainty of surgery date given by them.
My health condition is not so well It's risky, cmc team doing neglagency with me.
Ground level team's attitude and behaviour is too bad.
Too non co operative.

I am waiting still for my date.

In pregancy building floor 3, there is no proper response from security. They behaving like people's are taking free treatment.
Also hospital has to pls think and put the rule because now not allowing for visitors due to covid19. During allocated visiting time also not allowing.
In patent point of view its very critical and risk to handle the situation. Administration know very well, kindly modify the rule. It should not impact human health as well.

My father was admitted on MTS 2 department bed number -222A,

Neurosurgery Department Dr. Sudarsan was Required MRI scan then I'll pay the fess then i was submitted the slip in MRI Departmentroom number -12, on 11-03-21 but till now not any type of call us for MRI, I'll go to the MRI department counter said to him sir do it fast as soon as possible but they did not take any action
Dear sir kindly look the matter urgent basis for my father MRI done.

The main reception counter is always empty. The nurses are not co-operative with the patient and their relatives. The doctor is not available even if the patient is serious. Even while calling over two times the doctor is unavailable.
The system of this hospital is a total harassment to the people. Any patient who is serious will be waiting empty stomach all day only to get disappointment.
Therefore I would not recommend this hospital to any person I know.
Attending the patient first should be your utmost priority. Negligence is highly maintained here.

My patient is under treatment of Dr. Edmond Jonathon G/Dr.Mark Ranjan Jesudason. Patient Id - 93232H PREETI RANJAN. Patient has been suffering from spinal pain. He checked the patient on 16.03.2020 and advised for operation.Due to corona virous Operation is pospounde. As per Dr. advice we deposited total Rs.300000/- for operation on 17.02.2021. but till today operation not done, even hospital authority not admitted the patient, Patient is staying at hotel and suffering from untolerabe pain.
Every time they harrasing for schedule for date of operation.Again they ask us to meet to Dr. Nuro office was commitment me you came to admit the patient on 18.02.2021.when i came they make me fool meny time . We do not expect from a reputed medical hospital like CMC. Common people like us always think that hospital/ doctor is next to GOD.
It is very difficult to see the patient suffering from tremendous pain every day.
Our heartiest request to kindly arrange for the admission of my patient.
Pl do the needful and obliged.

cmc is a trusted hospital to all indians and foreigners also.
Since 2015 personally i am very much impressed with cmc treatment vellore.I have introduced so many patients to cmc and given awareness about cmc greatness.
But
cmc chittoor branch security staff and especially cash counter staff are behaving very rudely with all especially i have faced lot problems with these staff.
This is the kind information.
These people are spoiling the reputation and people's trust and belief of cmc.

In Pediatric ICU security and Sisters has give food token some person. Not given some persons what is the reason pls give clarity food token eligible for all persons or not. If eligible each patient why security not given food token.

When we are going to bring the medicine at the time Card is not accept. Continuasly they told card mission not work OR wait some time. But beside counter is also mission work good. But name bord displayed "PEDIATRIC PATIENT GIVE PREFERENCE" This is not good

Request: Please solve the Card mission properly work in cash counter. Because this is not a small hospital.

1. Sir, doctors are not inform to parents daily what about patient condition when come to ICU.

2. Securety not accept for mobile multiple charging.

We r reporting MRO at 10.00 they told doctor will call u.. But now time 2.30 no one called us ... Worst approach... We have already patient... Please consider our pain... Please call proper serial number wise...

I had paid for my medical report on 23/01/2021. And also written my address on envelope which they provided to fill and gave that to them. I didn't got any email and medical report Till today (12/02/2021). My patient I'd is "231660H". Name v.vijayashanthi ok

At MRO we were called at 7:00 AM but we have to wait till 2:00 PM doctor was not calling us from morning. I went to MRO I asked him he told that u will be called next but no call from doctor's side in dermatology department today. Not expected from CMC. Pls see to it..

We were visited CMC campus Chittoor branch almost we have waited 2hours for 10month baby heavy fever not at all taken any care and this is very poor service that to small baby at emergency

My father mr. Sirajul Haque Mandal undergoing a bone marrow test on[protected] in cmc Vellore .After few hours of the test conducting suddenly got pain in the right low abdomen and we rushed to the cmc Vellore hospital emergency and admitted him.and after few hours we lost our father due to internal bleeding. What is the reason behind this? They won't gave any answer..So what type of business are they starting by taking life. This type of people who take life in the name of doctor should be behind the bar..

I have taken my mom to CMC Eye hospital for cataract surgery. They are told to take the appointment for "private ". It cost nearly ₹900 rupee. Even we are paid that money to wait at least 4 yrs with patience. After they are send to some inexperience staff doing tests.

My mom was mentally challenged. She is not sit & wait 10 minutes because she is totally unstable.
