Hello Sir/Madam,
We are here from the other coutry for my baby to take the best treatment service. But the Security guards behaviour like we have came here from the slum. As my baby got surgery 2 days back and ofcourse we are in lots of tension and hope you understand our mental conditions. In this situation the guard supposed to not misbehave with any one.

    My patient id is 876765H. i have taken a tele consult appointment of 15/12/2020 for which approximate time given by you side was 11:30 AM. Now it's more than 5 AM, no response or even a single information about my tele consult appointment from you side.
    i had called on [protected] where i was given three different times each times for consult ..but at those times also no links or any massages regarding tele consult from your side was given .
    This kind of dull behavior was never expected from a brand hospital & research center like you. any patient takes a tele consult web appointment only when he/she was advised for that or he/she needs a doctor at that time..and in these kind of serious matters ..you must take everything seriously.

      In CMC Cheelapalli duty doctors in Medical ward are not taking much care towards patient and they are making very much delay in discharging after recovery of patient and they are least bothered for discharging patient and they are not giving discharge up to 8.00PM in the night.
      Meanwhile they are very rudely with patient while doing treatment also.Even they are not aware of Patients bothering.There is no communication regarding patients from duty doctor James.

      Pls improve services especially at CMC CHEELAPALLI Hospital as this CMC Hospital is a renowned national wide.Please improve ur services and communication in Cheelapalli branch as it is spoiling reputation of hospital in near future if you are not sort out this issue Meanwhile CMC VELLORE is providing very good services on the other hand.

        Hello Sir/Madam, in MRO 600A Rheumatology clinic was very worst. My appointment time 1.30 PM, I was reported MRO at 1.10 PM. They told 3 PM is it's your time to consult doctor. Than after one hour i ask to MRO they reply after the one hour doctor was came. When i as entered MRO in room number 28 is token number 14. Now 4.45 PM, the token number is 15 only. The rhuematalogy department is very worst.

          My name is P PRINCE JOEL RAJ. My COVID ward discharge summary has been downloaded from your hospital by someone and it was published to my far relatives. I didn't want anyone to know that I was sick. But, without my consent, my discharge summary was taken from your system. I heard that the person who downloaded the summary is from CW ward. I'm not so sure about the ward. Please take necessary action for revealing patient records. I was admitted in Kannigapuram, so I believe it happened in the same place.

            I had paid the fees to generate the consolidated receipt on 23=nov, 2020. I am calling the concerned desk from 27-Nov. Every time i call, the only reply i get is it is not yet signed and the authority who has to sign is not available.
            It has been 10 days now. I do not understand the difficulty here as to how long it takes to get the consolidated receipt printed and signed.
            This we need for the re-imbursement process in ECS (Army hospital). WE have certain timelines for this process and I feel the answer I get is highly irresponsible. TEN days for this receipt to get ready is not convincing. Requesting for speeding up the process

              My dad is in ICU for 5 days. My mom seating and awaiting on floor as a attendee without proper basic facilities and no complaints on that. We understand.

              Now, I come in the morning to see my dad with mom in ICU as per visitors timeline, security staff says one person at a time to see patients that's not fair.

              Another key area, Security staff don't know how to handle grieve family who are completely emotional.

              I went to see my dad in ICU spoke to doctor about progress then came out and requested mom to go and updating about my visit and preparing my mom emotionally to go to see dad, I was not blocking anyone path, I was not making any noise, corridor was empty too but security staff wanted to show his power and started saying go out go out only one person and started arguing, I am tolerating him for quite long time, security staff name is V Chandrashekran, there are many more incident and always says his senior directed him to do, he must have thought how to deal with ICU attendee and visitor, my mom not eating well and week seating in floor, if we bring him tea or food and seating with him that also he always make fuss and show that he is doing mercy on us, please educate security staff at such sensitive place.

              Thank you so much, security staff changed and he is humble. I don't know, security staff changed due to this complaint or routine change. But new security staff still say one visitor to ICU but he knows how to treat ICU patient grieve family

                This CMC hospital gives worst service, please choose any other hospital, here they doing all for business, no proper response, no polite staff's, highest rate and fees for all the treatment, with poor quality equipments, no piece of mind here, all the access desk are far distance, you have to walk a mile to reach for every single thing. Better choose other hospital

                I have came for pregnancy for my wife, my deep and strong advice to all pregnant ladies and their families, please choose any other hospital, you will be worried and suffered, after admitting here, u will find this CMC as nightmares

                  Patient has to wait for a toooo long time. It is not fair at all. It was mentioned at the appointment slip to report at 7.30 am, but where MRO counter opens at 8.30 am. Doctors comes at 9.30 am. Where patient was not informed prior about their waiting time. I was waiting here for more than 3 hours without taking breakfast.
                  So poooooor service.
                  But fees should be paid in advance. What is this logic. Very worst service I have ever seen.

                    Sir my father under went eye operation in our chittoor CMC.When I went to billing section in Pharmacy, Billing candidate was unable to identify the name of the medicine.He gave medicine bill except one item and also directed me to know the code from Doctor.Candidate who was at computer section in pharmacy room resent me to the billing candidate by giving another bill.I asked him to look into the name of the medicine which he could not recognize.For that he talked with me a rude manner.

                      The management is not so good in hospital. The waiting time is too high and we could not tolerate. Better you can have token system and approximate time of appointment and that would be great for any patent to visit on time.
                      And try to extent the general consultant wards and reduce the waiting time.

                        Hello sir im pregnancy check doing on rusha hospital some critical situation they advised to move on cmc branch i'm not willing to go cmc but unfortunately carono situation i'm taking treatment delivery they worst behavior doctor and nurses are not given proper guidance about my delivery june 24 to july 14 i'm staying there even no one intimate me my number change problem atlast day i'm discharge my process they are not informed same time i'm asking about my name spelling problem they told that is not big issue today saturday no ms office so u come on monday and change it but past 3 month we are visiting ms office they are not proper response and arrogant behavior overall i paid around 1.4 lakhs in my delivery but no one giving proper treatment and not solving my problem

                        3. In Both the record you have mentioned the details which did not match. You have visited MS-Office 3 to make correction in the records. Our staff explained to you to provide the valid government proof to make correction in your record. You said you will bring the residence certificate from the Village Administrative Officer as you do not have the any Government ID for the changes in your record.

                        4. You have stated that you have been visiting MS-office for the past 3 months which is not correct. If you provide us the valid documents such as registered Marriage Certificate or Wife Aadhaar Card (mentioning C/o. Husband Name) or residence certificate from the village administrative officer we would have made the correction in your records.

                        Hi sir we are poor family my father death my mother only carrying me we can't see treatment at cmc hospital so we are going regular checkup at Rusha Trust hospital but they are told Baby water level low so doctor advice move to immediately cmc I told we can't able to pay that much amount that doctor told we are only moving you so inform to cmc hospital we give refferal letter...after i go cmc hospital admitted June 24 to August 12th I m taking treatment there finally I ask discharge they are demand to pay around 84100 and baby care treatment amount around 28000 totally paying 114000
                        Aug 12 evening 5o just 3 hours they demanding to pay amount only told pay this amount overall 114000 without medicine if medicine including allover we spent 130000 in single delivery there are not inform starting to end having this much cost we are begging every doctor and nurse we can't pay this much amount but there are scolding my family and my mom go to Rusha hospital asking to my help but Rusha duty male doctors are insulting my mother there are giving depression and that doctor told don't act too much do stand here get out my hospital even there treating like street dog then we are arranging and paid that but still now Dec 23 we are depressed to cmc and rusha staff behaviors

                        As mentioned earlier the spelling changes in your name requires the following proof or valid documents such as registered marriage certificate or wife's Aadhaar card (mentioning C/o Husband) or residence certificate from the village administrative officer.                           Dear sir, please be informed that my cousin brother admitted his wife (Mrs. Aswini sheshathiri) in last week wednesday on 16th sep 2020. Purpose of pregnancy treatment and boy baby born it's normal and good. But wrong medical praticener done some small stitches is not good, so that patient affected blood and urine infection got fever for last three days. Without any intimation yesterday admitted in corono ward for treatment and evening they said its negative and there is no corono. Please think yourself why simply keep on updating wrong information to the patients. We come to know your concern is only money motive to keep the patient in hospital. First you said its blood and urine infection, after that corono test and it's negative again come to the first point still waiting for urine report.

                          Finally i come to know in cmc nowadays only money motive, simply kept patient in long days to admitted in hospital to raise the bills. Here no care, medical itself there is no social responsibility, humanity and truth. It's only money motive to run the business.

                          Whereever i saw in hospital premises yesu good thoughts and boards. Kindly remove and wrote we need only money not focusing patient health. Our christian god always seeking money from the patients not health. Don't denied if still continuing to admitted the patient for wrong direction hospital reputation totally damage.

                          Kindly discharge the patient as soon as possible.

                            I came for pregnancy checkup I have paid money for private appointment but they sent me to general... Worst treatment and response from doctors. Because of 140 bp they told to admit me then asked to take covoid-19 test and admit in Corona ward yluntil result comes... So we went immediately to chennai where they said 140 is high BP but no need hospitalization because high BP is common during pregnancy... After corona the doctors are money minded...

                              Giving the wrost treatment for the patients, and they are not giving the proper treatment also.

                              Taking the advantage of corona they costing a lot and looted money from patients.

                              They are not properly answering about the patient situation in hospital.eventhough we go to hospital and ask for questions, no one answers properly.

                              My advice don't go to cmc hospital for any treatment .

                                The person who is responsible for discharge summary and date of birth certificate in rusha, he's is not at all sitting in his cabin.. I have visited 5 times he will be always not available in the cabin and he will come may be 2 hours once and will be in cabin for 10 mins and will be vanished... Please take necessary action.

                                  My mother is one of the patient in cmc she is suffering from breast cancer her patient i'd is 831198h. Today we have appointment in medical oncology department due to lockdown we are not able to come so i want to cancel that appointment from two days onwards i am trying to postpone or cancel in cmc mobile app but it is not cancelled or postponed that appointment cost is 650 it is high amount for us that amount also very important for us please help to cancel or postpone that appointment please solve my problem

                                    Kindly inform them that they are not in indo - pak boarder rather that they are only at hospital.

                                    Inform them to behave with hospitality to all.

                                    Need minimum respect for each human being.

                                    Every human will have their own sella respect.

                                    This type of behavior will create bad impression on total security in cmc

                                        My pt has been admitted in kn ward before and wen it come to nurses some are very rude and dont have any respect to the pt... Pt are coming der for treatment and spending lots of cash, it really disappointed me wen dey talk and just scold the pt and dont even response wen we need dem... And plzz recruit staff who atleast knows and understand atleast enlish or hindi... As dey cant even communicate wit pt... Really sick i.'ve never found like dese nurses in other hospital... Plzzz do smething for a better and well treatment... Otherwise doctors are gud dey talk and communicate well. Thnks to them...
