This might not be a serious one but it is matter of how a patient is treated without valuing their time. I had an appointment with Dr. Asha on Wed 28th Dec 2022 at 7:30am in the morning, but when I reached a person at the MRO told me to simply come at 2pm as the Doctor isn't there without even an apology. He told the Doctor won't be available on Wednesday before 2pm, then I do not understand why the appointment was given in the first place. There wasn't any intimation through call or email even though they had all the contact details. I had to spend Rs.400 for one time visit to the hospital and my one day pay of $150 has been lost as well. Apart from that, my mom is a patient who accompanied me so early in the morning despite her conditions came with me, her time and energy has been wasted too. Being put through so much we did not even receive an apology, a minimal of an apology would have been respectful. The way how they did not care about the patient and lethargically answered was very disrespectful. I am not sure how far this complaint is going to work but I really wanted to voice out for this. I did not even ask a single question at the MRO counter rather I am typing this complaint. Kindly take a step to avoid these kinds of discomfort for the patients who are trusting CMC and coming from far away places. Kindly respect the patients and value their time as well. Please let me know if we can escalate this as well.
