We had come with great hope in CMC vellore, my 20 years old ward got admitted in CMC on[protected]Patient ID-715110P) in room M3, he was diagnosed with neurocysticercosis, but after the entire treatment, doctors withheld the patient for 3 days with no reason, we had requested several times that if the treatment is over please discharge us but with malicious intention the patient was kept on hold. This 3 days extra was not considered by the insurance company, very obviously, and we donot understand and condemn the same. We are being pressurised to give Rs.30540/- for the forced stay and delay in discharge process by the hospital. Why shall we pay the extra 3 days stay payment when we were forced to stay back, abused and no food or support was provided by the hospital??? This is unethical as there are more patients who require to be admitted but the seats were blocked to mint money. This concludes that the status held by CMC is fake, it doesnot give priority to its patients and believe in God's work but rather to make money by fooling people. Kindly solve the problem. We are TPA holders at Royal Sundaram with PHS Id : 32956863. Convince my TPA to pay the money, if my insurance company is not convinced why and how shall we be compelled to pay the amount. This must be registered in the Medical Council of India. Patients must not be treated to mint money and apply malicious means to force, humiliate and mint money. Request prompt actions as we are still captivated in the hospital with rude behaviour and demand to pay money.
