Heena gupta hospital id 702390h i am a tb patient. Dr. Richa gupta i leave from hospital last 14.8.2019 with medicine but sir i have no any medical records aur lab test reports. When i leaved from there i give my email id and address for online reports. But after 13 days they said doctor did check ur reports and sir i really need of my medical reports it very argent... Tnx
