On 27/04/2021 I did a POS transaction via ATM card in cash counter, basically it was some lab tests, but the transaction failed, failed as in the amount of 6760/- (Six Thousand Six hundred and sixty) had been debited from my A/C.but the guy in the counter said that nothing came to CMC's a/c.the very next day I consulted the 105 and the treasurer he adviced me to wait for 3 days, if not reverted then provide an application.after 3 days I went to 106 they confirmed me that the amount was recieved by CMC.If you want the refund just give an application to the treasurer.So on 01/05/2021 along with bank statement and deduction receipt I provided him an application.He recieved it and assured me it will be done with in a week.Now it's 4 weeks past everytime I go to him he says that I have to wait as there is staff shortage due to Covid-19, but the manner in which he says is absolutely rude and arrogant.I got his point that due to pandemic situation there is staff shortage but he could have been polite, ok now neglecting his improper behaviour It's been almost a month still the refund is not done how long should it take??
I am extremely Dissatisfied with the proceedings.I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority to kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
P.s -Since It is a monetary issue I cannot disclose the application here completely as all bank details are provided there.please kindly look into the matter as the application is in the drawer of the treasurer. Was this information helpful? |
