I, indrani deka hospital no 277187d had appointment in med i on 07/05/19 orderd several test including x-ray knee bilatereal 2 views and chest adult, bill no b[protected] but at the x ray lab chest x ray was not done as it was revealed on the next apponitment on 10/05/19 in med i. Is this not an act of
Serious negligence on the part of the lab technician? If it is so who shall be held responsible for this waste of patient, s money, time and aspiration
