Christian Medical College — payment failed and money is deducted but refund is not completed

I wanted to book an appointment through online but several times (3 times) the transactions are failed but the amount of 685.00 rupees are deducted from my account thrice for each transaction. Below the details of my transactions are mentioned and please give my further refund process.
