First time request a refund as per the instructions made by cmc, the appointment slot should be reserved through online. While processing we made the payment and it shown as payment unsuccessful. But i received a message that amount of rs.685/- has been debited from my a/c with visa txn/chri on 22may2017 at 10:56hrs. Then second time request for appointment is reserved and again debited from my a/c with visa txn/chri on 22may2017 at 11:04hrs. There receipt no. Has webaps065317.
