Christian Medical College — security guard high ego than his duty performance

Sir,
We have come from jharkhand and entered the alpha clinic at 11.30 am to see the doc. A guard named j. B. Venkatesh misbehaved and rudly talk to patient smt. Nirmala devi hospital no. 347900h as if we are getting treatment free of cost or on his salary. He said your time is at 1.30 pm you can't entered. We never expected such a misbehave at world famous hospital.
Expecting an tutorial class regarding dealing with patient inside hospital premises.
