Christian Medical College — Waiting for a long time, no information at all. No proper response. Need to wait for a long time

Patient has to wait for a toooo long time. It is not fair at all. It was mentioned at the appointment slip to report at 7.30 am, but where MRO counter opens at 8.30 am. Doctors comes at 9.30 am. Where patient was not informed prior about their waiting time. I was waiting here for more than 3 hours without taking breakfast.
So poooooor service.
But fees should be paid in advance. What is this logic. Very worst service I have ever seen.
