Chronopost — late delivery | |||||
Complaint To whom it may concern Dear team at chronopost I finally received my parcel for which i had paid an extra euro 12.90, on the 21st of august to be delivered to me the fastest way, which usually is 2 days as i have ordered with you beforehand. Today is the 29 th!!! However, there were 5 delivery dates i received because apparently the info was not correct, which is simply not true, see photo of address! On the parcel that then arrived it was meant to be delivered by the 23 rd, said i was called! Not true! I had given my number and number of housekeeper, and still was not called! So the marking that i was called as well as that it was meant to be delivered yesterday, the day before and the day before and the day before is simply bad customer service. I would be very appreciative if you can reimburse me my extra postage. Also fenril. Fr should know how bad the service was, i copied the customer service in. I appreciate an reply.
