I ordered this 20000 mah samsung power bank on 09/05/2016 with which a multi port device was free. It arrived fast but the product was duplicate and old and broken cover and doesnt keep charge and gets discharged in say around 2 mins. I have ordered 20000 mah he is not working &so dear sir i want to return the product and my want to return rupees 700
