i am from janpath Bawan Janpath new Delhi, 110001 please kind attention towards the wrong sized delivery of the product order OID304809 I Was ordering 8 Number shoes but i received 6 Number please exchange the product as soon as possible

I tried to contact to customer care number but no response


I request you to kindly exchange the product with the size of 8.

We recive 1 hand set 1st april 2016
but this set battery backup is very low

I had order microsoft mobile but got a chinese mobile instead of that.Product shown while ordering is another and after receiving found that it was other product.Order no.Is oid305105 order date is 28-03-16 and invoice no.Is jwh[protected]. I want my money to be refunded.When i am calling on the no.Provided for refund it is always busy.Kindly resolve this problem of mine.I don't want exchange i want product to be refunded and got my money.

But both products are damaged..

Even there s no cells in it... And also the quality is not satisfied.. Also the product is looking like second handed..

I purchased a combo of a branded track pant and a slipper from there website but when i received the products it was not the original brand.
Hence i requested them for return and refund my money for the same but they are refusing to return the product now. As the time limit for returning the product is 7 days. Its just 3 days since i have received my products.
So i request you to take legal action against them asap.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I ordered chinos from chupchaplelo.com, but i received defective clothe.
If you see label on Trouser its on front side near zip, which i never seen on any Trouser, Jeans or Pants. Also, stiches of cloth is also so bad.

They have 3 day return policy. I received product on 30th March 2016 and I called for return on 31st March 2016. They are saying they will not take it back.

Please help me out in returning the product and get my money back.

I would like to inform that i have received my order oid202445 ie; deal of power mi 10400 & samsung 9000 & music player which is shipped with aramex

. Tracking number: [protected] on 01 march 2016 at 03: pm.

But ihave checked your power bank. Both power bank are not working well . Both power bank are not at all charging the phome bateery as per their capacity. Both are working for 6 to 8 minutes after getting full charged power battery. Full charge power bank are charging only for 5 % of mobile battery after 6 to 8 minutes power bank are discharged .

So p[lz i want to return upon the order number oid202445, because it is not working well . So plz send yourn representative to collect back the parcel.

I have ordered for 3 chinos of 36 size but when it was delivered & I tried it I came to know that it is not of my size the delivered size is 30 or 32 and now the company can't replace it.

then he reply thats your complaint is registered and refund policy request tell in your mail. the company mail and my answer is below.

Sir, I purchased a pack of three chinossize 36 on RS 799+100 total RS 899. But they sent me size 34 I complained to return they said me to send back by courier and attach receipt of courier I did as they said addressed gave me . now they are telling we have not get the courier. When I contacted to courier company they said the parcel has been delivered which screenshot I sent to customer support.
Neither customer care pick phone and put my call on wait or hold .

I received a call from Mr Shubham Bedi, From Kashipur that my order has reached n i can collect it after payment from Kashipur. On 29/3/201 i collected the ordered material after payment of Rs. 899 as per order.
On taking the trial I found that the size mentioned was same as per order but size of the legs was very narrow n not getting into my legs hence not suites me.
Please return the goods n refund me the amount paid by me.

My name is shrish khandelwal, I ordered three pack of three chinos of size 32, price 799 and 100 rupees delivery charges, my order I'd is oid292332, out of three two are inappropriate sizes and one is not fitting, and also the quality as shown in the website during order is not delivered, I am very much angry, as you are requested to refund the whole amount or else tell a suitable alternative for this problem, or to call back these three articles and deliver what was actually ordered.

I had a jacket in chupchaplelo.com . The image of the jacket displayed in the site is totally different from the product which they delivered. Its a very cheap, local brand, which doesn't even cost that they charged. When i sent the image of the product. They just said that its the same jacket which they have mentioned. I paid 900/- for it. But in return i got a very cheap product.
Please i would seek help here. How do i get my money back.
