I ordered a leather jacket but the colour size are not thtat type which was showed to me… so want my money back .Infact their customer care number in invalid...

I (Mr.Rajesh yadav) resident of 584/4 gali chandiwali inside gali ghanteshwar, katra Neel, chandani Chowk, delhi110006 wants to your attention towards the wrong sized delivery of the product order no OID300707 .On display it was shown like that a adult man can fit into it but after trying it only a 15 year boy can fit into it .

I tried to contact to customer care number but no response

I ordered a pack of 10 t-shirts at a net price of 1099 INR .. I received it on 28th of march.. When I opened the parcel it was not what chupchaplelo had promised for . The quality was poor, some of them are torn, colours are same ( the pack was promised of 10 different colours )
I want nothing else but my money back .
I want you to look into this matter and solve it .

I have ordered for 3 chinos of 34 size but when it was delivered on 20/3/2016 & I tried it I came to know that it is not of my size I have mailed them 6 times for replacing it with 38 sizes they replayed me that you ordered for 34 size which we delivered now we can't replace it.
It was clearly mentioned on their website that there is a provision for return & replace but now they will not doing it. My complaint number is 16886....

Dear sir I have ordered a shoes of size 10 but the size is not correct i have send many mails, called them but evertime i msg they reply show images of shoes when i showed them images then they reply your request will be reverted and everyday i got mail please show me picture etc etc etc.No proper response yet and its more than a month now.I just feel that they dont want to change product and as I paid the money no response....

Turn maa ko chod. Mc chup. Wrong product customers care wale tho aur mc 16241 refund i'd wrong product torn clothes wrong size when they told for refund nxt day they telling no refund. Let this website get ban. So that other customers may not get cheated. Chor hai sale. Give my money back or many of customer will screw u one by one. Even i can attach the recording and the emails which u have sent chutiye sale...

I order two items on 18th mar 2016 in chup chap lelo .

1)combo of mi 10400mah power bank with usb led light assorted colors
2)pack of 3 casual wear men's chinos

In pack of 3 chinos i order 32 size but 34 is came.& power bank not working.Even in charged also not on..

I tried everything.I made an call, mailed to their officials & even talked to delivery men also.But...

I had a jacket in chupchaplelo.com
the image of the jacket displayed in the site is totally different from the product which they delivered. its a very cheap, local brand, which doesn't even cost 50 rupees. When i sent the image of the product. they just said that its the same jacket which they have mentioned. i paid 900/- for it. but in return i got a very cheap product.
Please i would seek help here. how do i get my money...

I have purchased a combo of Nike T90 lower and Nike Socks(pack of three) for Rs.699+ Rs. 100 delivert charge. The lower is of very cheap quality and not at all authentc as assured....

I had ordered 36" size chinos (Pack of 3) . But the delivered product is not 36". Only one of the pants is OK. Rest 2 of them are 32". Also the zipper is broken in one of the pants.
I have requested for refund but no positive response has been received from their support team. I had already sent the Picture of the product. I had even put the complaint & refund request within three days of delivery as per their policy.
