[Resolved] CIBIL — Regarding annual subscription of cibil | |||
Sir on 2nd feb 2021 i just subscribed cibil annual subscription plan of 1080rs. I paid through icici credit card at first time due to wrong pin it get failed at second attempt it hot successful. But not any confirmation got from cibil end. I also mailed too many times with card statement and snap of transaction successful and transaction number given from icici card care executive. They icici card say that transaction show as match means cibil got the transaction. But cibil team not attending my calls and today they mail say that they didn't receive money.
