Cigna TTK Health Insurance — I have ported to maxbupa but cigna taken money from my credit card without asking me I need my money back

Dear sir,

i was a policyholder of manipal cigna health insurance and and my policy number was : PROHLN[protected]. I was not satisficing their customer service so i have port my policy to other company. But today i have noticed that manipal cigna has taken 14276.12/ Rs from my credit card with out my permission. i dont want to continue with their policy. so i need my money back. Otherwise i have to complaint to irdai
