[Resolved] Cigna TTK Health Insurance — why refunded my premium amount after my policy due date | |
My policy number prohlt[protected] I paid my premium amount, before due date.. But my amount refund back to me after expiry of my insurance policy.. You guys have to inform me before the policy end date.. With out informing me, you refunded my amount.. Still now you guys not informed me.. I only come to know through my bank.. Don't you think it's your responsibility to inform to customers abt the status of policy.. Now, what is my insurance status.. Please answer.. I am sending emails, but i didn't receive any proper email or call for what reason they suspended/refund the amount.. Was this information helpful? | |
