My order number is #2473104 wich was delivered on 25 feb 2020. Since i need a smaller size of the product i requested for a reverse pickup. The reverse pickup was scheduled on 26 jan.2020. I returned back the order with price tag. However the pickup boy denied to take the box instead asked for a transparent packet. But now the cilory people are denying to refund me back falsely saying that the price tag is not there. This is something like fooling policy.
