I ordered a dress from cilory and wanted to return it. The delivery man picked up the dress the very next day. The refund was not initiated. I tried calling customer service miltiple times but everytime they have the same response. The dress is lost in transit, we will talk with our delivery partner and will get back to you in 24 hours it has been months and there is no response from them . Was this information helpful? |
