Cilory.com — Order cancellation refund issue and unprofessionalism | |||||
I had ordered one ring on Cilory.com on 8th January 2017, while chatting with their executive I came to know that they have only one size and it won't fit in my wife's finger so I asked the executive to cancel it immediately. She did it and gave me confirmation that I will get the entire amount back to my paytm account. I paid Rs. 199 which includes Rs.49 as shipping charges. I got the refund of Rs.150(Cost of the ring) on 12th Jan 2017 but in the email they mentioned that they refunded Rs.199. I followed up with them via chat and email and finally they asked me to send my paytm history after 8th Jan 2017 which I did. This was on 20th Jan 2017 and today it's been 11 days but I haven't got my money back. Though it's a small amount of Rs.49 but they act like professional. I order on this website for the first time and trust me it's worst experience I've ever had with any online website. Was this information helpful? | |||||
