Cinemax — Untrustworthy behavior from cinemax staff.. Oberon mall

I attended the show-maheshinte prathikaram- at 7.00pm on 28.02.2016, with my family. At the entrance, your checking staff told me that the food which i have brought for my baby is not permitted inside and should leave there. As it was for my baby, i requested for a special permission. The entrance staff called her supervisor and he promised me that they will deliver the food at the seat b3 and b4-after the show begins and i thanked and trusted him.
But, i am very sorry to say that it was a fake promise and no body came with the food packet during the show. Throughout the show, my child asked for that food and i couldnt even enjoyed the film. I never expect this cheating behavior from a recognized firm like yours and i felt very bad and shame of you.
I expect atleast an apology from that particular staff.
