I have been subscribing to CIT solutions plan for over 9 months and they are the most unreliable providers ever. I have a 50 mbps plan and till date I have never got any where close to the speed that I am paying for. Despite multiple calls to their customer care and their director Channu no resolution has been provided so far.
I have results from speedtest.net for the last 3-4 months and the speed varies from 2 mbps to 40 mbps (one day it touched that speed) and the average speed is around 16mbps. I have complained to all but have no resolution Was this information helpful? |
