I am using CIT Broadband internet connection in Bangalore Kadugodi area.Its been 7 months since we last paid the bill and its been atleast 9 months since we have not been getting the promised speed of 16 MbPS. Speedtest.net shows 10 Mbps but our download speed is less than 256 kbps (which means we are actually getting less than 2 Mbps). I have forwarded mails to customer care and received false commitments from them.Also their service team claimed the issue is because of internal wiring.We replaced it and still we get less than 2 Mbps.
