Citibank — account hacked without my knowledge and without generating otp

Hi citibank,

I am writing this mail to inform you that my account has been hacked without my knowledge and without generating otp via imps. This has happened couple of times, details below,

· saturday[protected] at 7:46pm, rs. 15, 000/- with imps ref no.[protected].

· saturday[protected] at 7:01pm, rs. 4, 200/- with imps ref no.[protected].

Both the incidents happened without my permission and there is no otp generated for the two transactions.

(Information has been given with respect to text messages received after the transaction.)

I got to know to which account it has been credited through bank statement and i have added this payee on[protected] to transfer amount of rs.20/- for a school donation with ref no citin[protected].

Payee added on[protected], otp no: 645607 with ref no. 18049210.

Account details below,

Bank name: state bank of india

Name: twinkle kumari.

Account no: [protected].

Ifsc: sbin0012799.

After the conversation with citibank executive over the phone on[protected], my account has been blocked for now and i will be receiving new debit card.

Could you please check it at your end with high priority and transfer back the money to my account and please make sure this will not be repeated.
