Citibank — cancelled transaction emi charged

On 14 feb, 2018 i booked a mobile from flipkart on emi basis with citi bank credit card. After booking immediatley i cancelled the booking (Transcation) and the same was confirmed by flipkart and citi bank with the mails. So if the booking transcation was cancelled means i have not purchased any product so there is no question to pay. But the next month i received when i received citibank bill they have charged my the emi amount for that mobile which i never purchased and the transation was cancelled. I made several calls and mails to both customer care and even forwarded those mails which they have send me about the cancellation of the order. Flipkart is saying that your order was cancelled so we cant do any think same the citi bank is saying after giving there mails. Both are blaming each other and playing games but no body is ready to refund the amount for product which i have never purchased. Like me how much indians citizens are looted by these multinational companies.
