Citibank — cash not dispensed from atm but deducted from the account | |
Used my IDBI bank atm to withdraw money from Citi bank atm in Commerzone, Yerwada, Pune. Tried 2 transactions of 10000 each. Every time transaction error was displayed and cash was not dispensed but deducted from account. Account details : IDBI account no.
