Citibank — citibank not responding money transfer to other bank wrong account number by using upi | |||
I raised query saying that i transfered on march 06, 2019 by using upi of 22, 500.00 inr to bank of baroda's mismatch account details. The citi bank still not given any response, it's already been 1 week completed for the transfer of money. Citibank details: Account number:[protected] Ifsc code :citi0000005 Which i transfered to bank of baroda wrong account details: Wrong account number:[protected] Ifsc code:barb0hadaps I have transfered amount 22500/- to bank of baroda. I had mistakenly entered 5 instead of 2 the account number is available with the same ifsc code the amount got credited. I keep on asking to citi bank also i have raised a query saying that this is the issue i faced but the citi bank people are not responding they are saying that the destination bank is not responding please be help me to on this query and try to solve me..
