Citibank — getting credit card statements in spite of closing the card

Hello citi group,

I have closed my credit card on[protected], and i even got closure mail from citi customer care manager as well. But still i am getting statements from citi bank. Because of this my credit score is becoming low. If you do not resolve this i will have to take legal actions on your bank.

Citi credit card closure ticket id: 5951

Card number : 4386 2800 xxxx 1563 (For security reasons i had put xxxx in between)

Please find attached statement and closure mail pictures.

Please send noc letter and close my account permanently otherwise i may have to proceed legally.
