Citibank — Good health policy renewal

I am using 2 Citibank credit cards for the last 26 years without even a single default of payment
Now the issue of renewal of good health policy for which last date is 30 th June
Due to a Card limit and premium amount renewal is pending, i am talking to call centre agents for the last 14 days without any resolution
Inspite of paying the premium for the last 26 years without any claims till date, when I may require most in the coming years, I am worried it may get lapsed.sorry State of affairs
