This is regarding account: [protected].

I am supposed to get an amount of Rs 5373 from vendor OYO owing to cancellation of booking. However due to UPI issues of banks I have not received the amount.

The amount has been credited yesterday (30th March 2022) around 5.48 pm by OYO

However till now the amount has not been credited to my account.

Please help me with the same.

      I used their credit card for quite some time and I felt their ethics was not good and hence closed the card completely last August. I paid for everything! But to my shock, I keep getting messages from them saying I need to pay 1.63Rs! I just wanted to know how can someone pay something for the account which is closed?

      To add up, worst ever is my CIBIL score is down 85 points because of not paying 1.67Rs? What nonsense and I'm completely fed up with Citibank. Becoz of such a worst experience before, I closed my account with them But again the same even after closing the account. This is not at all fair!

        Loan foreclosure in Credit Card

        I've been mentally tortured by the Citibank agents and employees for not making monthly EMI for the personal loan taken in the credit card account.
        I had been asking them to tell the amount I need to make to foreclose the loan and close the card account since Nov'21. Instead, they are simply monthly statements and asking me to pay EMI which includes interests and unwanted charges.

        I have requested to block my card in 30 NOV 2021 and cleared all the outstanding amount. I have the message proves. But recently i got the message from bank that i have consumed the INR 0.58 in last three months. How can i use even though my card had blocked.

        This is totally blackmailing by the bank.

            Hello I got a email indicated that I won €1.500.000.00. The email comes from Mr. DAVID SMITH from London Lottery and he further said the money was sent to ICICI Bank. They gave me the contacts of Marry Gordon, who alleged to be working at the bank. I emailed her, she said the money is in the Bank, but they need the T21 Affidavit for the funds to be transferred... I need to check how legit it is. If it is true where do I get the Affidavit...

                  City bank refuses to help me resolve an issues after they asked me to review my activity, and if i attempted the payment. I did try to make a payment through NCAA but it was declined by Citibank, then they take it out after it was declined. They refuse to provide a credit, or escalate the issue.

                          Hi Team,

                          I have paid all my due in full in April 2021 but in December again I received that your card is due for 749/. I do not know how this came in but I paid this amount too. I tried to contact customer care and collection department for full closure and to issue me a NOC/no due certificate but none of them are reachable. So called customer care number, phone banking, collection department contact number everything are not allowing me to talk to any representative so that I can ask for NOC.

                          Please help me to get the NOC and save me from further financial impact.

                            My name is Ashok Sud and I am a Citi customer for many-many years (almost 18 years now) in India.
                            Recently, I was in touch with Citi officials (customer care executives) in the past 8-10 days. I was trying to initiate a Remittance to UAE- Dubai in AED- Dirhams for my daughter's Education Fee (to her university). I had a detailed discussion regarding this on 4th December where I was told the process to initiate REMITTANCE through my own account using Citi net banking.
                            On 8th or 9th again, I called customer care and the executive (a male- I don't recall his name now) explained in detail the charges to be applied for REMITTING AED through my Account. We were clear on the matter that I was using my account (INR) and I had to remit the money to University in Dubai, UAE in AED (Dirhams). He even explained that exchange rate was 20.95 on that day and based on that he calculated the bank charges, currency charges, and other charges which would be applicable for the amount (I told him about 37000 AED was to be remitted). So at no point, it was unclear to either him or me that the transaction being discussed was using net banking for remittance of money in AED to a university in UAE, Dubai from my domestic account (INR account).

                            Based on this understanding I initiated payment of AED 36838 on 10th December 2021 under Transaction Reference Number NWT[protected].
                            I have called Citi customer care three times since 10th December. Each time I was told that this would take 2 working days and the transaction would be through. On 13th morning (when University is chasing me; since the last date of fee payment is already over); I was told by CC Executive that AED remittance through NETBANKING was not allowed.

                            I AM SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED THAT AFTER 6 CALLS TO CITI CUSTOMER CARE AND LOSING 10 DAYS IN THE PROCESS; CITIBANK FINALLY WOKE UP TO THIS REALISATION THAT THE TRANSACTION IS NOT ALLOWED USING NET BANKING AND CUSTOMER NEEDS TO VISIT A BRANCH. SO MUCH FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIGHT.

                            As a result, I lost almost INR 20000/- (loss on exchange rate since the transaction was initiated as well as late fee at the university).
                            A formal complaint was raised on Citi portal Ref No. 2680 (India). After a few days, I received an email apologizing for the mix-up and assurance that such instances would not happen in the future.

                            My problem is that this apology does not make good the loss of INR 20000/- as well as mental stress I had to undergo chasing Citibank.

                            I would like my loss to be made good by Citibank.

                                  I have been charged rs 1000 plus rs 180 gst as Membership fee for CC. I was told by their executive that my membership fee would be waived off if I spend more than rs30, 000. I have spent around Rs.54000 in the 12 months cycle they are referring to, infact in the month of September alone I paid bill of Rs.27000. But their liar executive told me I haven't spent more than Rs. 25000. Whereas in August itself their executive told me I had already surpassed Rs.30, 000 spending so won't be charged. But now I have recieved this charge. And despite calling their customer care, which told me it will be reversed, I recieved no communication of the same. And their contact us portal in service requests can't be accessed to view existing requests. The reference number Customer Care ex Vinodhini gave me was 7785.
