Citibank — I am not citibank customer, but get email transaction alert

Hi my name is shiva kumar, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I am not a citibank customer but still i keep on getting emails of transaction, though i don't have a credit card of citi bank. I am sure some one has either intentionally or unintentionally given my email id. Please avoid this as i am not your customer, and i have never been your customer in past. I keep getting transaction details from the card number
4386xxxxxxxx8477. I do not get the full number as it is protected. Please look in to it asap.
