Citibank — loan against policy | |
I am rohan, i received a call in august from a person claiming to be from citibank. He told me that the bank is giving loan against policy and told me to buy a policy from bharti axa life of rs.70000. He told me that i will receive a loan of 8lakhs in 15 days in august, 2019. He called me from a landline no.+[protected] which was tagged as bank in truecaller. Its been 3 months since i took the policy and havent rexeived the loan amount, i am posting now to warn others to beware these fake calls. The person who called me claimed to be rahul sharma (No.[protected]). Please beware of these fraud calls. Was this information helpful? | |

I too received a call from someone claiming to be from Citibank and was offering a similar plan. I told I shall call him back but I was still unsure about his authenticity. It is unfortunate that you became a victim of this but thanks to you for spreading the awareness. I wish we could bring these fraudster in the open...
