Citibank — Loan at 0% interest

I received a call from a person named Deepak Kailash regarding loan from CITI bank at 0% Interest.
In this he explained me that how it works.
He told me that I will have to buy a policy from one of the three insurance companies suggested by him and I will get loan by mortgaging that policy.
The loan amount would be equal to the sum assured amount of the policy. I will be paying the EMI of the loan as premium in the policy. At the time of maturity bank will deduct the principal amount + 4.5% pa interest from the maturity amount. And the rest left amount from maturity would be mine.
I asked him the scheme name so that I could get it verified at the local CITI bank branch but he told it's just a promotional offer and doesn't have any brochure or name.
I told him to share any recent loan papers a sample to me but he denied saying that we cannot disclose someone's confidential documents.
I told him to showe his icard of CITI bank, but he tried to escape from that as well.

And he gave me [protected] as his personal number.
