I've been mentally tortured by the Citibank agents and employees for not making monthly EMI for the personal loan taken in the credit card account.
I had been asking them to tell the amount I need to make to foreclose the loan and close the card account since Nov'21. Instead, they are simply monthly statements and asking me to pay EMI which includes interests and unwanted charges.
When I'm ready to foreclose the account, why the Citi bank is not accepting it even with a foreclosure charges. After a long and multiple discussions they made to pay the total overdue including XXX xtra charges on 02/24 saying I can foreclose it after that. When I called them today, they are saying that I cannot foreclose and asking me to wait till March month statement.
This Citibank is just sucking my hard earned money. The loan availed was 6.5 lakhs and with the charges they are claiming they are wanting me to pay close to 10Lakhs.
This is worst that the money laundering business. I'm not going to make even a rupee if Citibank is not accepting my foreclosure amount by today, 02/26. I'm ready to face any legal shortcomings else, I can hang myself but do not want to live like a fool by paying 3.5Lakhs just for 2 years of loan.
They did not mention about the hidden charges while availing the loan. First of all, the court should prohibit them by calling customers to sell their personal loan. Was this information helpful? |
